    They considered moving our checkout date bcs our flight was cancelled due to the ashfall that reached Cebu. The staff were nice and accommodating, they recommended other tourist spots too.

    Our stay in Siargao and at this property was amazing. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out about Payag. The room was very spacious, but it lacked some useful amenities. For example, it would be great to have a table where guests can work, eat, or enjoy a cup of coffee. Second, it would be nice if the room included complimentary coffee and drinking water. A safety deposit box for storing valuable items would also be a great addition. Lastly, it would be appreciated if room cleaning service were offered during the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and these improvements would make the stay even better.

    We had a great stay in payag suites. The location, the place and the staff are super amazing. Nearby cloud 9 and all other resto and bar. Room is very clean and relaxing. Will definitely recommend.

    When we arrived, we were assisted. However, during our entire stay, there was no initiative from the staff. We were given a room with a dysfunctional aircondition. They could've tested it first before assisting the guest to their room. The electric fan was full of dust as well. When we turned it on, the dust was scattered to us. There was a hand print on our glass door that we can't wash off. We first thought someone tried to get in our room. It was creepy. We also asked for the towel in the comfort room to be changed but they said they weren't sure if there was one available. We waited until the following days but they did not even offered to change our bed sheets and towels. Then we just asked for a bucket of ice. It was unavailable as well. We were thankful for their help carrying our luggages to the van when we checked out. We hope they could've shown better service or initiative during our stay.
