property is very well maintained, very clean, well stocked with lots of towels, blankets, dishes etc., the hot tub and barbecue grill are a great way to spend the afternoons on the nice porch! pet friendly is a plus for our
family, close to restaurants, beach and super market, we would definitely consider coming back.

The proximity to kings beach was great very centrally located to most things. The street it is on is very wide and easy to navigate.
The beds were very loud to sleep in. They made lots of noise. NO AC! Fans helped a little. The kitchen needs more pans skillets ect. The deck needs improvement. We were not told in advance of our arrival they were going to be taring the street. we were not able to leave property all morning then had tar flying.
