Excellent located, clean and big villa. Wonderfull stay at Bansko

Good intention and effort by the private owners but too dependent on the resort infrastructure.

The house is well designed, clean and cosy. A good place for a family vacation or small group of friends no matter of the season. It’s location is also good - 10 min of walking distance to the main hotel and 2 min from the golf club.

•Unfortunately the property is too dependent of the local Pirin Golf infrastructure and overall organisation. We spend New Year’s Eve with no electricity, despite the efforts of the owners , there was no one from the Piring Golf Support working on 31.12, which is ridiculous given the fact that the resort is full! •If you are a person who enjoys quality food, your only option is to make it yourself as except in your own kitchen there is no real quality restaurant nearby. • Too expensive

Great family stay!

The location was perfect - easy to find, walking distance from the complex’ main facilities, very beautiful and quiet. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was ideal for our big family trip. The property manager was around in case we needed anything.

Exceptional

Only the washing machine was closed in a room and we could not use it, even though it is included in the price and in the house. It should be opened for use because when you are in a family trip with kids and no cleaning lady every day, you definitely need it. There was not a hairdryer which was supposed to be. Everything else was perfect.
