We are a group of 4 and I am very certain that I selected the 4 person's room with 4 sets of breakfast. but as I arrived the staff told me there is only 2 person's free breakfast and it's the hotel policy. I think agoda made false promises.

I thought the hotel was fine, but had a HUGE issue with the TV. There was no wifi connected to the TV, so even though the TV showed you could connect to Netflix, etc., it was not hooked up to the hotel's wifi. We called the front desk who called engineering to our room who when they arrived informed us that their TVs don't have wifi. Maybe this is a small complaint, but to us it was a big deal. We prefer to travel with our Roku or watch an app on the television to avoid commercials and limited entertainment choices. There is no reason for rather new hotel (it seemed) with SMART TVs to have no access to wifi and to have blocked guest abilities to even attempt to hook up their TV to the hotel wifi. There was another issue in which we had a legitimate question about something, asked the front desk, and they had no clue.
