About this apartment rental
The Suite with Terrace is a dream apartment. Furnished in the best Sicilian style, it offers all the services to savor the Sicilian culture surrounded by high quality comforts and a privileged point of view that allows a unique view of the history Piazza Duomo. In its fantastic terrace you can relax at any time of day and spend an unforgettable stay.
Our guests will have access to the full Apartment.
The property does not have a lift. To reach the front door you need to take the stairs outdoors. On the first floor, again by stairs, there are situated our apartments, while on the second and last floor there are situated the double rooms.
Check In can be done from 3 pm. Check Out must be made no later than 11 am. There will be a tolerance of 15 minutes to leave the room, after which 50 will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in all common areas and inside the rooms. It is allowed only in rooms with balcony or terrace, ONLY outside. Otherwise, a penalty will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. It is strictly forbidden to enter external people who have not been identified at check in through an identity document. There are no times to be respected for returning at night, we just ask you not to make noise out of respect for the other guests present in the structure.
Taormina is one of the most attractive cities in Sicily. The structure is located in an very important historic point and in one of the most important squares, the Piazza Duomo. With a unique view of the piazza and the Madonna de la Rocca, you can feel yourself part of the Sicilian culture. Just a few steps away, you can walk along the famous Corso Umberto where you will find the best bars, restaurants and shops in the city. In less than 7 minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful Greek Theater, full of history and with a unique panorama, and the splendid Villa Comunale, the most beautiful garden in Sicily with the best view of the Etna Volcano.
The best way to get to know Taormina is on foot, since it is not a big city and is full of small and interesting streets. We understand that many of our guests arrive by car, but that is not a problem since they can leave it parked in the Parking Porta Catania, at only five minutes walking away from the structure or in some other private parking. You can also arriva by bus, from the Train Station or from the Airport, to the Taormina Bus Station.

The only issue we had was after check-in communication between us was limited. We had ants in out apt and had a clogged toilet that management said they couldn't come until the next day (unacceptable) someone should be available 24 hours a day for mechanical issues like that. Overall, the place is in a great location and close to everything we needed.

I recently stayed at a lovely VRBO in a fantastic location that provided easy access to downtown and numerous restaurants. While we encountered a minor hiccup during check-in, the host promptly assisted us and ensured a smooth process. The city itself is stunning and offers endless opportunities for exploration. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

This apartment is right in the center of the old historic city center. There is a sneaking view of the sea and the multiple patios are wonderfully relaxing along with a glass of Benanti wine (local MT Etna wine). Everything you want to do, see or eat is steps away. The Flat had a well equipped kitchen, though I dare say we only used it for breakfast. The living space was spacious, well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Wonderful shopping if you dare, but superb hikes up to the cross and down to the beaches of Taormina. We went to MT Etna one day and loved the hike through the lava fields. MT Etna gave us a show, spewing and making a lot of noise. I do recommend the 4 hr hike, not difficult and the guided hike takes you to big, but distant views of the crater. Accessing the property was very easy and the property manager communicated where to park and how to locate the flat. All flawless. The description and pictures accurately reflect the Flat. Though it was much better in person. Thanks for a memorable stay Taormina and Sicily
