Timber Run is a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental location. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is situated only three blocks from the gondola/base area. You can walk to skiing, restaurants, pubs and shopping but also have the convenience of free shuttle service to the mountain.
Timber Run #106 offers extremely easy access, steps from your vehicle to the private entrance, requiring no stairs. The unit is exceptionally clean, in great condition, has been updated with some nice fixtures and finishes as well as high quality furniture. You'll love relaxing on the leather sofa or large leather lounge chair while watching a game, movie or your favorite show on the flat screen TV. The gas fireplace is right there too and keeps you extremely toasty during cold winter months. Enjoy fresh mountain air and your beverage of choice on the balcony right off the living area.
The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal. The dining area offers a nice size table that comfortably seats 6. There are also 3 stools at the kitchen counter.
The master suite offers a comfy king bed and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TVs. There is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway.
Timber Run has all the property amenities you would want on site including an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a BBQ area with picnic tables, community laundry rooms, tennis courts (summer only) and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area. You have a locked ski locker next to the front door. A convenient parking lot is outside of the unit.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub/sauna was great. There was no snow to speak of so snow activities were not used

Great location and close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in process very easy and great communication with the property management. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end each day. Plan to stay again!

I would not stay in Timber Run 106 again, unless renovated. We had a great experience with the management company, check in, shuttle service, hot tubs and general environs.
The unit was dated, which was ok, but we had several issues requiring maintenance. The kitchen was sub par, with disorganized and haphazard utensils and dishes. The master bedroom had a king bed with an oversized frame which did not fit the room, creating a cramped experience - difficult to negotiate in the night.
The management company, iTrips, was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent from them again.
