The location was great for our stay.
They were able to upgrade our room upon request to one that was more suitable for us.
They were able to supply a fridge for us upon request for the duration of our stay.
All staff we came across were friendly.
Beautiful view from the room.
Bathroom had a window for added ventilation

The room wasn’t 100% clean.
The bathroom wasn’t stocked with a couple of items.
There’s no shelving in the shower to store our soap etc.

Afternoon check in was easy and staff great. Dinner with family was great and serving staff fantastic. Rooms were basic but ok, cleaning not so good. Front desk night shift, two guys, very cranky and not pleasant at all, gave up talking with them.
Cleaning in rooms should be improved, and maybe a couple extra pillows. Keep in mind restaurant is closed Sat/Sun.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and close to public transport. The staff were lovely also and they made great cocktails ;-)
It was a little bit further out than expected. Approx 30mins on the bus into Malmö centre.
