This is our second stay here, and a lot of the customers are repeaters. It’s quiet, a little out of the way. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool area is lovely with a wonderful view. Breakfast is superb with everything and anything available. There are 2 restaurants which basically serve the same menu, one is more modern looking and has a slightly smarter feel.

Compared with last year we found the staff in the restaurants less friendly and less efficient. On our first night we were left for ages with no one making eye contact so we could order and later get the bill. A shame as it was my husbands birthday. Food was also more expensive this year. So much so we only ate there one night and went elsewhere - fortunately we had a car. I suspect they are all a little overworked. I overheard one complaining that he hadn’t had a day off for ages. The hotel need to sort this out. The exception was the bartender at the little cocktail bar by the pool who was really friendly and went above and beyond, and the staff on reception doing check in and check out who were equally friendly.

Location, the sea, the facilities on the beach including the transfer in the different hotel areas. The rooms, the restaurants. The majority of the staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The opening hours of the restaurants which close from 17.00 to 20.00 with the only possibility during these hours being a toast and drinks. Considering as well that without a car you cannot find something else.

Lovely staff and fab views. The food was good. Towels for the beach. Nice touch having golf buggies to transport you and luggage, staff passing even offered me a lift up the hill.
