Aloha and welcome to your beautiful new home-away-from-home with enchanting views of the Koolau mountains and Ala Wai golf course.
This 31st floor unit of the Waikiki Banyan is fully furnished with one Twin size bed and one Full size bed in the bedroom, one (recently replaced, not pictured) pull out sofa bed in the living room, dining table with four chairs, and two chairs with table on the lanai/balcony.
The full size kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc.
Free High Speed Internet/Wifi provided.
Free parking pass and free private wifi are both included for your entire stay!!! Additional parking is available for $43day* (*rates subject to change).
NOTICE: Recreation Deck Constructions Starts April 7 2025
The Waikiki Banyan Recreation Deck Construction project commences April 7 2025. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor seating, children’s playground, snack bar/restaurant, and BBQ area will be closed during the project. Some noise is to be expected during work hours.
The project has an estimated finish date of June 30 2026
Our rates have been significantly discounted for the inconvenience of the pool and recreation deck closure.
There is a large sheltered saltwater swimming area 2 blocks away on Waikiki beach for you to enjoy while the pool is closed.
We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Good location and parking included was great. Be aware of VERY busy elevator traffic. Parking lot was crowded but still helpful to have. apartment was roomy and nice view. Up high so 6th floor construction noise wasn't an issue. Would book again. Great communications from host.

The condo was not as pretty as in the advertised pictures. It had everything we needed, though. We will return to the Banyan again . The location can not be beat.

This was my first time using VRBO. With that being said I’m trying not to compare to a hotel. The downfalls of it not being a hotel is not having extra linens, towels and having to clean up after ourselves prior to leaving, such as taking out the trash. The positives are, more affordable, kitchen and dishes provided with a more laidback feel. The deceitful part was the listing stated two beds and TWO couches/futons. There was only ONE couch/futon. With a family of four, two teenagers and a large husband we needed that extra bed. My daughter and I shared the pull out couch which was rough. They also didn’t provide extra blankets for the couch so we had to purchase one. The cleaning lady also barge into the room without knocking one hour before checkout!!! The host was quick to communicate which is a positive.
