Very nice property. The flat we stayed in was comfortable and well equipped. The garden and pool are amazing and although there are 3 flats in the property we rarely saw the other guests and often had the pool to ourselves. It is little bit outside Cagnes-sur-Mer meaning no amenities within walking distance but it’s only a short drive away. Bruno, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would happily return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, calm and equipped with everything we needed. Bruno, our host, was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa for one week while exploring the southern French Riviera. Bruno was very helpful and friendly, and has curated a space that is quiet, relaxing, and safe. Everything you need for rest and relaxation. Definitely secure a rental car while staying here. It was very nice to be nestled in the hillside setting of Cagnes Sul Mer. A lovely experience.

The Cherry studio was exactly as described ,all furnishings etc in good condition ,clean and comfortable and benefited from air con and Wi-Fi . A spacious garden surrounds the pool, ( which is the jewel in the crown ) which is really clean ( salt water ) and looked after unlike some , ideal for cooling down after a days sightseeing ,or just lazing by and catching the sun
Bruno and David could not have been more helpful or welcoming gave some good advice on the area nothing was to much bother and always on hand if needed .I would have no hesitation recommending the property to those looking for a bit of tranquillity but still being close to town with easy transport to the Cote d Azure,s attractions ( Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco , Menton all easily reached by train ) . I would recommend a car as the property is about 3k out of town but a small price to pay for the peace .
Vence and St Paul de Vence close by are worth a visit, as is Haute de Cagne,s where La Village is excellent for a meal and also reasonably priced .
All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday though Im sure kids would love it too !! Thanks again guys bon chance Alan & Doreen

Our stay at the Peire-Long was wonderful. Ideally located, we were able to visit Nice, the Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Old Cagnes without ever being more than 15 minutes away from a cooling dip in our private pool.
The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, and the place exudes an atmosphere of intimate luxury in a very laid back and relaxed way. We particularly enjoyed our aperitifs in the pool house overlooking the garden.
Our hosts were great too. Always welcoming and a mine of information – and bilingual, which makes things a lot easier.
Thank you so much for a truly memorable vacation. We’ll be back!

Bruno, the owner, is really very helpful and has a lot of tips for doing very nice trips in the area, such as Eze, Villefranche sur mer, Antibes, Haut Cagnes,...
He is always trying to do all he can to enrich his guests. We used the available bikes to make a tour to Nice, which was very pleasant.
You can easily enjoy two lives, a quiet in the garden and a bustling nearby.
We can definitely recommend it for people who want quititude and tranquility on their vacation!

Wir waren im Juni 2015 in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen zu Gast. Es liegt nur gut 2 km vom Zentrum von Cagnes-sur Mer entfernt und doch absolut ruhig und mitten im Grünen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Strände, Städte und Dörfer an der Küste, aber auch die Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Landesinneren zu besuchen.
Schon der Mail-Kontakt mit Bruno, dem Vermieter, vor unserer Anreise war sehr freundlich, und diese Freundlichkeit bestätigte sich bei unserer Ankunft und während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Das Studio, der Pool und der große Garten ließen keine Wünsche offen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Vor allem die Ruhe und den aussergewöhlich tollen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Wenn man zu euch kommt, fühlt man sich willkommen. Die Villa und die Appartements sind ein Traum. We have been in the orange suite with an outdoor kitchen. For people who love outdoor kitchens (like we do) it is the perfect and best appartement. It is located with direct view to the swimming pool. Next to the pool there is an poolhouse - where the kitchen is located. We enjoyed our breakfast and our dinner outside with a glas whine or pastis (drink only when having dinner). It was really fantastic! The pool is without chloryd, which is really great. The house has the perfect location for having daytrips to Menton, Monaco, Eze, Cannes, Antibe, St. Paul de Vence, Grasse and so on. Bruno has also a lot of tips and is doing the best for his guests, having a perfect time.
We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely recomand it!

Ich war im Juli mit meinem Sohn (10) bei Bruno. Gefunden habe ich dieses wunderschöne Appartement durch Zufall und aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und kann diese nur bestätigen. Es ist toll, wenn man in den Urlaub kommt und der Ort noch schöner ist als die Bilder die man vorher gesehen hat.
Ich habe mir alle Appartements einmal angesehen. Sie sind alle wunderschön, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Garten und Pool sind ein Traum und wunderbar ruhig obwohl es nicht weit nach Cagnes/mer oder an den Strand ist. Bouleplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder, Grill und Hängematte sind vorhanden. Bruno liegt ein schöner Urlaub seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen, er gibt immer Tipps zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen, möglichen Ausflügen oder netten Restaurants.
Ich war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort!
I’ve been to Bruno’s place in Juli with my son (10). I found this wonderful appartement by chance and chose it on the basis of the good reviews of other guests. I can only confirm these. It’s wonderful to arrive on holiday and find out that the place is even nicer than the pictures shown before.
I have regarded all the appartements. They are all pretty, clean and neatly furnished. Garden and pool are beautiful and it's very quiet although it is not far to Cagnes/mer oder to the beaches. Bruno has a place to play boule, table tennis, hammocks, bicycles and a barbeque. It is important for Bruno that his guests pass a nice vacation so he’s always there to recommend sites, restaurants or events.
I haven’t been there for the last time!

Au mois de juillet j’ai passée un merveilleux séjour chez Bruno, avec mon ainé. Par hazard j’ai trouvé ce très bel apartement dans l’internet et je ne peux que confirmer tous les bons evaluations.
Ca fait vraiment du plaisir si on arrive et on peut constater que la realité est encore plus belle que les photos.
J’ai visitée tout les apartements, ils sont tous soignés et trés bien equippés. On ne peut que rever d’un tel jardin et d’un tel pool. Il y est absolument calme bien que ca prend que quelques minutes jusqu’a Cagnes-sur-mer ou vers les plages. Boule, ping-pong, vélos, barbecue et hamac sont disponible. Bruno s’occupe aussi du bien-être de ses convives, il a tous les informations importantes en ce qui concerne restaurants, marchés, fêtes etc.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the Orange Suite at Bruno's lovely villa. We were delighted with the comfortable suite, beautiful grounds and really nice pool. The outdoor kitchen was a lot of fun, even in the rain! The villa is located in the hills just behind the town of Cagnes sur Mer and is really quiet and peaceful. It was great to come home to such a tranquil place after the hustle and bustle of the coastal roads. Nice is very close by, as are several breathtakingly beautiful medieval hilltop villages. We love France and Bruno made us feel very welcome and comfortable in the spectacular French Riviera.

Dieses Apartment ist absolut empfehlenswert! Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Auch der Pool ist der Wahnsinn, da er nicht wie üblich mit Chlorwasser sondern mit Salzwasser gefüllt ist und somit nicht unangenehmen riecht aber mindestens genauso gepflegt und hygienisch ist. Auf die Sauberkeit des Anwesens wird generell viel Wert gelegt und alles ist in bester Verfassung.
Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett und könnte uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge geben.
Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt zum entspannen, trotzdem kann man Nizza,antibes und Cannes sehr schnell erreichen und ist sehr schnell am Meer!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
I can absolutely recommend this apartment! It is beautifully decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also the pool is amazing, because it is not filled with chlorine water but with salt water so it does not smell not unpleasant but is at least as clean and hygienic. Generally it is taken much care on the cleanliness of the property and everything is in best condition.
The owner is also very nice and gave us good tips for trips.
The property is located very quiet and is perfectly to the relax, and still you can reach nice, antibes and Cannes very quickly and it is close on the sea!

Ich bin mit meiner Frau gerade hier in der Villa Peyre-Long! Wir haben uns aufgrund der Bewertungen hier für das Domizil entschieden. Wir müssen sagen, dass das Anwesen sehr nett und liebevoll gepflegt ist. Der Vermieter Bruno ist sehr sehr nett und gibt einem gute und praktische Tipps für die Umgebung und Ausflüge. Wenn er z.B. sagt, dass ein Ort nicht so toll ist und ein anderer besser, dann dürft ihr ihm das wirklich glauben. Bruno ist sowas von aufmerksam für seine Gäste. Wir hatten die Orange Suite gebucht und diese ist mit Außenküche. Bitte keine Angst davor - diese ist gut ausgestattet und hier muss man einfach draussen essen! Es ist wirklich sehr schön, draussen zu grillen und seine Speisen zu zu bereiten! Hier geht es auch nach dem Prinzip: Was einer mitbringt, darf der nachkommende auch nutzen (Öl, Grillkohle, Salz, Pfeffer,etc.). Wir können die Location weiter empfehlen - vor alem für Hobby-Radfahrer, man fährt easy an den Strand von Cagnes und wieder zurück, sowie nach Antibes und Nizza. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung, aber ihr macht nichts falsch (Und das schreiben wir gerne am dritten Tag unseres längeren Aufenthalts)

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal au Peire-Long. Près de tout, on a pu faire nos virées à Nice, à la Fondation Maeght, dans le Vieux Cagnes, tout en étant à 15 minutes d’une trempette dans notre piscine privée.
La propriété est superbement entretenue, très confortable, même luxueuse, tout en maintenant une ambiance décontractée et reposante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir prendre l’apéritif dans le salon extérieur à coté de la piscine en regardant le jardin.
De plus, nos hôtes ont été parfaits. Toujours accueillants et une mine d’informations.

Der Ort ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um einen Ausflug in die Region zu starten - sei es an die Côte d'Azur oder in die Provence-Alpes. Die Häuser sind umgeben von einem Wald und nachts ist die Geräuschkulisse (Grillen, Eulen etc.) einfach herrlich und ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, das Areal gepflegt und der Vermieter ist stets bemüht dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir (Ehepaar 30-35 J.) können dieses Haus nur weiterempfeheln.

Nous avons trouvé notre petit coin de paradis. La piscine est juste magnifique et les alentours enchanteurs. Le studio est vaste avec de nombreux rangement, très bien équipé il possède une belle terrasse pour profiter du calme dont seul le hululement du hibou vient perturbé la quiétude des lieux. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour ses idées de sorties et sa gentillesse et à bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Die Wohnungen sehen in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos, sind sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - wir durften auch einen Blick in die Nachbarwohnung (Noisette) werfen. Für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich überdurchschnittlich schön! Der neue Pool ist herrlich (siehe Fotos), von Bäumen umrahmt - eine Oase der Entspannung! Ganz lieben Dank an unseren supernetten Vermieter Bruno, der uns stets mit tollen Asflugtipps und sogar mit Obst aus seinem Garten versorgt hat. Wir (zwei befreundete Frauen und das erste mal gemeinsam in Urlaub) sind vollkommen begeistert von diesem perfekten Appartement, das mehr eine eigenständige Wohneinheit ist, unabhängig und nicht einsehbar für andere.
Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und besitzt eine große Schrankwand mit viel Stauraum. Das Bad, wie eigentlich das ganze "Haus" und auch das gesamte Anwesen, sind gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Super ist die Küche innen und ein zweiter überdachter Koch-/Grillplatz draußen neben der nur zu dieser Einheit gehörenden Veranda, auf der wir herrlich im Schatten gefrühstückt und gegessen haben.
Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet und ausgestattet, so wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Es gab sogar ein Starterset mit Kaffee/Tee, Öl/Balsamico, Gewürzen und Nudeln :-)).
Der Pool spricht für sich (s. Bilder), es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Der Vermieter wohnt auch dort und ist sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar.
Die ganze Anlage hat viel Charme und liegt sehr ruhig am Ende eines Tals, dort geht immer ein leichter Wind, so das die Hitze nicht ganz so spürbar ist.
Der Ortskern von Cagne-sur-mer mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt ca. 4-5 km entfernt, die wir fast täglich mit den Fahrrädern (günstig vom Vermieter geliehen) in ca. 7 Min. fuhren.
Über ein sehr gut ausgebautes Fahrradwegenetz ist Nizza in gesamt ca. 25 Min. entlang der Côte d'Azur zu erreichen, was uns Stau, Parkplatzsorgen und Kosten für Falschparken erspart hat.
Auch sehr zu empfehlen sind die günstigen Busse (Ligne Azur) die für 1 € pro Pers./Fahrt die gesamte Côte d'Azur entlang fahren.
Für uns war es das perfekte Feriendomizil: keine Massenabfertigung sondern Individualität, Ruhe, gutes Essen, super Wetter und etwas Bewegung und dabei nicht weit entfernt von den mondänen französischen Urlaubsorten. Wir haben schon beschlossen wieder dorthin zu fahren. Sehr zu empfehlen.
