Independent Pavilion classified 3 stars OFFICE OF TOURISM FRENCH quiet in property 2 large rooms on one level, covered terrace with plancha for your grill.
1 large room with a bed of 180 king size (a pair of sheets per bed, a towel per person are included in the price (a change of sheets or towels and the service will be charged 20 euros) possibility of a extra mattress in the room equipped with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
A bathroom with shower (4 towels included), the toilet is separate.
Open kitchen fully equipped (freezer, refrigerator, oven, plate, dishes, washing machine) on the living room of 35m2 with a sofa bed 2 places, flat screen tv box, wifi, satellite.

There is a swimming pool in the property. It is accessible in the morning from 9h to 12h. Children are allowed to bathe only under the effective supervision of the parents.

Ideally located to visit the Cote d'Azur and the hinterland
The village of LA COLLE SUR LOUP is located 4 km from ST PAUL DE VENCE and the beach the geographical situation is between NICE, ANTIBES JUAN PINS, CANNES and VALLONNE SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS .The ski resorts are in 1 hour of road, and NICE Airport 15 minutes away

It is indeed a charming and quiet property with very welcoming hosts. The check-in was seamless. Jean was expecting us and showed us around the property, explaining where everything was. It's one of the best places we've rented in terms of kitchen accessories and other facilities. There were lovely and unexpected surprises also, which I will keep secret for other guests to discover.

The house of Jean and Marie-Jo offers much space for 2 2 guests. You just miss nothing, neither a fully equipped kitchen nor a beautiful terrasse with your private garden. And in addition you have with Jean and Marie-Jo very kind hosts. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have just returned from a 12 night stay in Colle Sur Loupe. The property was fantastic, clean and well equipped. Jean and Marie-Jo have thought of everything to make it a home from home. The barbecue area and pool were lovely. Air conditioning within the property was of great benefit. Overall a wonderful property with friendly hosts who were available if needed. The walk into town is approx 20 minutes ( slightly hilly). The town offers a few bars and restaurants. The bigger town of Vence is only a short drive away. The nearest beach is @ 15 minutes. Lots of hilltop villages to explore. conditioning was

Two supermarkets are in close distance < 2km. The beach at Cagnes sur Mer is very close about 6,5 km away and the mountains start about 5km to the north as well. An excellent location for all activities in this region.

The house is excellent equipped, and pleasant to live in. It is very centrally situated thinking of the beach, Nice, Cannes etc. The owners are very kind people. You can park your car next to the house in a closed garden.

This property exceeded our expectations! Marie-Jo and Jean were like family -- so caring and considerate, there were far too many kindnesses and treats to list here. The cottage was spotless, efficient, tranquil and charming, It had so many personal touches and practical features -- they even decorated for Christmas and offered chocolates and hot chocolate for our daughter and stocked the fridge with treats for the adults. We had beautiful breakfasts at home - one day, our car wasn't working and Jean and Marie-Jo left us baguette and croissants before we even woke up! They were close by when we needed them but not at all intrusive, most times we barely crossed paths -- but they would always check that we were ok when they did see us. Inside the cottage, the bed was huge and more comfortable than most 5 star hotels and the sheets were luxurious. The bathroom was perfect -- great water pressure and immaculate. The entire cottage was decorated with very good taste and the kitchen and cupboards were equipped with anything you could possibly need. The location was perfect - close enough to drive to Cannes or Nice to drive for a meal or the day, but quiet and serene and close to the mountains if you wanted to stay close to home. The village of Colle sur Loup is beautiful and Marie-Jo and Jean's property is gorgeous - worth just spending a day on the terrace, drinking coffee and listening to the birds. We have a 6 year old and there was plenty for her to do -- Marie-Jo and Jean thought of everything that we needed and even what we did not realize we had forgotten - there are literally too many sweet considerations to list here! They are perfect hosts and the property is better than pictured -- 100% recommended and we plan to go back again soon!

En premier lieu, Marie-Jo et Jean sont des hôtes extraordinaires. Ils nous ont gâtés tout au long de notre séjour de 3 semaines et le clou fut leur offre de nous conduire sur les hauteurs à un nid d'aigle ou' nous ne pourrions aller à cause de notre manque de familiarité à conduire sur ces routes étroites et en hauteur sur les falaises.. Le mas est impeccable et a toutes les commodités que vous pouvez imaginer. La terrasse est super agréable et nous y avons passé plusieurs bons moments entre nos visites. Bref ce fut un séjour fantastique que Marie-Jo et Jean nous ont bien facilité. Brigitte et André, États-Unis.

What a delightful 5 days we had at Jean and Marie-Jo's lovely little cottage. We were quite jet lagged when we arrived but were able to rest and relax so well there. As many have noted, the terrace is lovely. The grounds are beautiful and there was a sense of security and safety with the locked gates. We speak very little French and they don't speak too much English, but with technology and a bit of charades it was quite easy to communicate. It's obvious that they care deeply about their property and those who come there to stay. The refrigerator was stocked with some very helpful staples and the kitchen was well fitted. There were other lovely touches as well incuding some of their delightful homemade orange wine and apricot preserves. The cottage was clean and the shower worked so well. We also loved the location - close both to Nice and to the mountains. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely consider returning to this property. Nous avons passé 5 jours délicieux dans le charmant petit chalet de Jean et Marie-Jo. Nous étions assez en décalage horaire à notre arrivée mais nous avons pu nous reposer et nous détendre si bien là-bas. Comme beaucoup l'ont noté, la terrasse est charmante. Les jardins sont magnifiques et il y avait un sentiment de sécurité et de sécurité avec les portes verrouillées. Nous parlons très peu français et ils ne parlent pas trop anglais, mais avec la technologie et un peu de charades, c'était assez facile de communiquer. Il est évident qu'ils se soucient profondément de leur propriété et de ceux qui y séjournent. Le réfrigérateur était rempli de produits de base très utiles et la cuisine était bien équipée. Il y avait aussi d'autres petites attentions, notamment certaines de leurs délicieuses conserves de vin d'orange et d'abricot faites maison. Le cottage était propre et la douche fonctionnait très bien. Nous avons également adoré l'emplacement - proche de Nice et des montagnes. Si jamais nous revenons dans la région, nous envisagerons certainement de retourner dans cette propriété. Merci beaucoup, Jean et Marie-Jo

Petite maison très agréable. La terrasse avec sa plancha et son petit jardin est un plus ! Très propre. Localisation parfaite. Tout d'abord, nous avons été accueillis de façon très agréable par les propriétaires. Dès le début , nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans ce logement indépendant de celui des propriétaires même si nous étions sur le même site. Rien n'a manqué pour permettre de passer un moment de vacances agréable. Les petits présents d'accueil , l'accueil, la propreté et la discrétion des propriétaires nous ont permis de passer 10 jours de vacances formidables. La piscine nous a permis de nous rafraichir lors des moments chauds de la journée . Merci aussi de nous avoir fait redécouvrir les vraies tomates de jardin Nous recommandons fortement et si nous revenons dans la région nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir .

Une semaine, c'était vraiment trop court !!! Jean et Marie -jo sont vraiment parfait . Un accueil très chaleureux avec des conseils pour les visites, la maison très propre et très bien équipée , l extérieur impeccable , la piscine très agréable. Inoubliable séjour dans une propriété d'exception où charme, beauté et intimité se conjuguent à l'infini! Nous avons été impressionnés par nos hôtes qui ont aménagé le cottage avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est très pratique et les appareils sont faciles à utiliser. Très calme, très fonctionnel et très facile d'accès. A proximité du centre et dans un quartier super résidentiel. Marie-Jo et Jean sont des anges qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable et nous ont gâtés! Mille mercis et à l'année prochaine! Nous recommandons cette propriété à 100%.
