I had never traveled alone; I never felt afraid or unsafe. I was amazed with my rental, I loved it!!

I loved the fact that is was within walking distance to restaurants, the Mercado, Lake Chapala and even the church. The host, la Sra. Mary, was very friendly, always making sure everything was okay or if I needed everything.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Very convenient location for walking the Malecon, and close to good restaurants. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. And really appreciated the coffee maker (but I felt the need to wash it first). Host was very attentive and helpful. Very quiet, despite being on busy street.

Could probably use a good deep cleaning, but it wasn't really dirty, either. Construction nearby probably added to the dust in the air, so collected on surfaces.

The location of the property is great, right on the main street and close to the Chapala malecon. The hosts are very nice and provided us with extra bug spray and some fresh fruit from the tree in the courtyard!

The apartment was mostly clean, but there were some spider webs in the corners of the ceiling that could have been cleaned up before we arrived. Parking is very difficult as there is only street parking in front, and it is always very busy. We usually had to park 3-5 minutes away so if you have a lot of bags that can be tough.

The location

Everything, including the filth and disrepair spider webs everywhere not to mention the spiders hanging down from the nasty skylight above the bed and all the dead bugs in the webs or the live bugs including roaches. I could go on.

Great place to stay!

The price for the place was great! Very spacious, clean, quiet, SAFE, close to EVERYTHING. Walking distance to Malecon, main Plaza, Cathedral, restaurants. Hosts were very nice! We arrived close to 2am and Isabel waited for us to hand us the keys. Will definitely rent again!!!

Water pressure on shower was very low. Just took longer to shower with my long hair...🤷🏻‍♀️ But no big deal. Would definitely come back and stay at this place again!

I would give it a one star, because half a star isn’t possible. A rip off

Nothing, it was awe full, the room promised a mountain view - there was not even a window. The bed was so hard I’d rather sleep on the floor, the air con was essential to turn on since there was no window, it made an awful noise. So this place was a rip off!! The pictures looked good in the app but everything was miserable in reality.

Que llegue a las 3:30 pm cuando se supone q el check in es a las 3:00 y estaban haciendo arreglos de mantenimiento en el espacio reservado. Tuve q salir para hacer tiempo y q terminarán.

Recomendable, pero ojo con la disponibilidad de la habitación con patio.

La ubicación del lugar es muy buena está cerca del malecón, enfrente del mercado y a unas cuadras de la central de autobuses. La habitación es agradable y confortable, la cocina es muy práctica (solo no sirve el refrigerador).

Lo malo es que pagué por la habitación con patio, y no nos pasaron ahí porque ya la tenían ocupada, y nos pasaron a otra habitación más sencilla. En la habitación hay un tragaluz y te pega directo la luz en la cara en la mañana. Aparte es un poco difícil de ubicar el lugar y el teléfono que te proporcionan no responden.
