    Pack your ear plugs and eye mask for restful night. Large windows afford amazing views but don't block street/traffic noise. Poor acoustic quality. Neighbouring room early wake up call= door knocking in hallway by hotel staff. Thought was on our door. Room not sealed from hallway noise. Curtains don't block out light.

    I stayed at Holiday Inn Werribee for business from 12–22 July and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and had good amenities. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ms ***, Hotel Services Assistant Manager, for her excellent service and understanding. I had mistakenly booked another 5 nights at a lower room grade, but she kindly allowed me to continue staying in my existing higher-grade room, saving me the hassle of changing rooms. She also helped cancel the parking fee, which I did not use. Ms Lolita truly understands the inconvenience guests can face and went the extra mile to make my stay easier. She is an excellent example of the kind of caring and understanding staff every hotel should have. Highly recommended!
