"There was an unexpected bee swarm before just before I arrived. The cleaner arrived just after I booked in, vacummed the room, so I had no bad experience. Very diligent."

Everything was good, maybe a couple more coffee sachets

Everything was clean and comfortable enough to move around. Able to do what we needed and was convenient.
We had trouble with the TV. These modern internet TVs take a lot of figuring out when you want the basics.

Always quite place everything needed in room
Few noisy guests this time but not too bad

The shower is sublime - instant hot hot water and good strong pressure! Lots of little touches, twinings tea is provided rather than some brand-less stuff, you get daily room cleaning, and the rooms are spacious.
The bed is made of nails. Even placing a row of pillows on top of it doesn’t help. Sleeping was really difficult for both of us and led to painful bad backs. I would have scored this a 9 if it hadn’t been for the beds.
