A wonderful place in the center of Corfu Town for a trip or vacation with friends or a larger family

The location in corfu town very close to the sights that interested us. Although we had people with disabilities in our group, access was easy as there were bedrooms on the ground floor. We absolutely loved everything. The terrace where you could drink coffee with a sea view, the kitchen and the living room where you could have dinner and where you could sit for a cocktail in the evening. I had very good communication with the host who was very nice.

Beautiful place with a stunning view on the top floor. Perfect for a multi family stay. Location was central to shopping & Resturants.

Beautiful view, comfortable, right in the heart of the old town. But some teething issues!

Amazing location in the heart of Corfu old town. Stunning view from the balcony upstairs - beautiful place to sit to appreciate the sunrise/ sunset. Comfortable property with enough space for a large group - there were eight of us and we all were comfortable.

Nice property but seemed like it was newly renovated so had some teething issues including early morning building works in the neighbouring building leading to loud drilling and dust throughout the property, and the fact that the showers kept flooding every time they were used and the cleaning supplies were locked away so we struggled to mop it up! When we arrived the whole downstairs was very dusty, there were no bath towels out (only hand towels) and the internet did not work - but when we mentioned it to the host, she organised it all to be fixed the next morning!

Great location but a few improvements inside would really help

Central location, quiet street, with a view from the balcony. The kitchen and dining area has a lot of character, with facilities we required all to hand.

Just a bit unimpressive, general decor and beds could be much better. No extra blanket just a sheet for cover when we we were there. No mattress protectors on our beds, but didn't check them all. As others have mentioned the door key has a knack and the handle comes off from the inside, wouldn't want to get out in an emergency. Only one mug in the kitchen, small cups had to do for tea. Its expensive for what it is in my opinion.

Great stay in a Modern House in Central Corfu Old Town

Fantastic stay at Summer by the Sea. Location was excellent, really central in Corfu Old Town. Loved the balcony over looking the sea, the whole house matched the pictures online. The late check out on our final day was really helpful as we didn't have a flight until 10pm - the host was really quick to reply to our request!

Excellent house

Excellent location, only 200m away from a swim at Faliraki and 200m away from Spianada square. Lovely modern house with small balcony to enjoy the seaside view. Air con in every room which was needed in the heat. They let us have a late checkout which really helped us as well. Gave great recommendations for local Greek authentic restaurants also!

Dishwasher doesn't work due to the hard water in Corfu but wasn't a major issue. Owners definitely know Corfu so a booklet with info like best restaurants, and how best to get around the island would be helpful for future guests

Disappointing

Perfect location. Nice interior of the house and amazing view from the balcony.

The dishwasher and the washing mashine weren't working. We had problems with the internet. The doors on the first floor were broken and very inconvenient. The electricity went out the first night in the evening and for a long time there wasn't anybody we reach out.

Good

The good air conditioning made the stay bearable. Very large kitchen, beautifully restored. Wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the island of Vidos.

It would have been nice to have a working washing machine. The parking problem could have been solved differently. A TV in the living room would have been appropriate.
