Welcome to this historic Parker Head house located in the town of Phippsburg. This two story restored Greek Revival home blends the antiquity of yesteryear with today's modern conveniences. Multiple living areas includes a large formal living room with a gas fireplace and a spacious sunroom, large dining room for preparing and enjoying home cooked meals, and three bedrooms upstairs. Two full baths are located on the first and second floors.

This two story home features three extremely comfortable and spacious bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size beds to provide comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest so you can remain energized and do everything you have planned the next day. Third bedroom features three twin beds, two of which can convert to a king size bed, plus a daybed, perfect for a sleepover. Additional sleeping on the first floor in the sunroom on the full size futon. We also have a portable crib/playpen for the youngest travelers.

There’s a propane BBQ for outdoor grilling during the summer. And don’t forget to venture out after dark. We have a clear view of the night sky above. Phippsburg area has one of only 13 International Dark Skies designations east of the Mississippi!

☑ A valid photo ID or Passport is required as part of the agreement.
★ PETS ★
We do allow a dog (no cats due to homeowner allergies) and there is a $150/pet per stay fee. Please indicate you will be bringing a pet when you complete the reservation details.

Our base nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. If your group includes 3–8 guests, an additional $50 per guest, per night applies. The home requires a minimum 3-night stay.

The Parker Head House was the perfect location for our friends and family to stay - not only for the wedding at the 1774 Inn our friends were standing up in - but for its location to Bath and Popham Beach. The house is roomy - the kitchen was clean and well equipped, the upstairs bedroom with 4 twin beds was useful and big. The host’s communications and the House “Rules” book was clearly written. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend to others.

This is a comfortable, beautifully appointed house full of well-chosen vintage furniture and art. It was a pleasure to read in the living room with the breeze gently blowing through the windows. We enjoyed walking on the trails close by, getting morning coffee up the street at Bisson's market, and buying fresh produce for dinner at the farm stand nearby. Best of all, it's about 15-20 minutes from the fabulous Popham Beach. Highly recommended.

We had the best time at Parker Head House. The home itself is cozy yet plenty of space to spread out. The fireplace was a bonus for chilly May nights in Maine. There is a convenience store right up the road where we walked many times, and nearby trails we walked our dogs on. A short drive to Popham Beach made our beach day a breeze. We also really appreciated the recommendations from the host. We can’t wait to plan our next trip to Phippsburg!
