Moulin aux Ans, a charming vacation home in a former schoolhouse

Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Moulin aux Ans welcomes you in its 5 cottages in all seasons.
Nestled in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity.

Along the mill race, this former school welcomes you in its spacious living room with 2 stone fireplaces (non-functional), exposed beams and old parquet flooring, its fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and 2 terraces.

The kitchen (redone in May 2020), is fully equipped (5-burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker (filter), toaster, electric kettle). It has plenty of storage, large worktops and enough crockery to accommodate a group.

Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with toilet and 3 bedrooms, all equipped with curtains or blackout blinds: 1 bed in 140, 2 bunk beds in 90, 1 bed in 160 and a bed in 90. Duvets and pillows are provided.

You will enjoy a large private terrace in the shade of hundred-year-old trees with garden furniture and a barbecue as well as a sunny terrace in the morning (protected by an awning) on the edge of the millrace.

You can also enjoy the large communal swimming pool (open in season) but also many activities that will delight young and old throughout your stay: gym and jacuzzi (from 16 years old, by reservation), petanque, table tennis, badminton, trampoline, fishing (in ponds or in a millrace) ... All these facilities are shared with the other cottages.
