You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.
The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!
The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also located right next door.
This apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room where you can meet comfortably.
You will be charmed by its old parquet floors, its fireplace and its long balcony on which you will see the Sacré Coeur.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was a perfect place to spend a night and do some sightseeing in the centre of Paris ahead of going to Disneyland Paris the next day.We left my child's blanket at the property and they have sent it back to me (complimentary!) in the U.K. I cannot recommend highly enough. 5 stars!!!!

We had a great stay in this spacious apartment for our girls trip (5 women in our 40's- 50's). Nice common area to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, there was even a bottle of wine as a welcome gift!Location was great, we walked to most places. Several restaurants and bakeries close by.The only thing what could have been better was check in. we reserved the night before so that we could get in prior to the check-in time. Because of that, we had to go pick up the key in a lock box at an alternate location (not walking distance) and then go to the apartment. The door was tricky to figure out but the hosts were very responsive when i reached out. We arrived just a few hours prior to the defined check in time so it would have been ideal for someone to meet us there as they normally would for check in especially since we paid for an extra night just for that and it wasn't like i was arriving in the middle of the night. Alternately, have a key in a lockbox on site so that we didn't have to go to a completely different place for the key, This is the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, the experience was great and I would stay there again! Hosts were very responsive the few times I had to reach out.

Stayed at this apartment for a few days. It is located on the 5th floor, but has an elevator. Really easy to check in, and the managers were great and easy to deal with.. Lots of places to eat and drink right there---Nice coffee on the corner! You can walk from here to anything, but it is like 1 to 2 miles. Pictures show exactly what you get. Very comfortable. I will come again!
