Quick response from the owner. Beds are comfortable in upstairs.
The Sofa bed in the livingroom. It is the nature of Sofa bed that cannot provide flat sleeping surfaces. My suggestion is to provide self inflated air mattress to improve the comfortness.

Great location close to Banff with walking trails behind the facility. BBQ, picnic table and backyard area was a pleasant surprise. Super well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and more! Great spot.
Loud/busy parking lot on a long weekend and other guests were not mindful of the noise but this is not the host's fault. It was just not a quiet place to sleep.
