Cleanliness. It's big for us family of 3.

A bit difficult to find as our GPS did not recognize the address. Kitchen was reasonable well stocked but skimped on some things.
Living/kitchen could have been larger for two couples. The tub could use a good cleaning.
We lost the code for the door for awhile and the lack of an office in the building was a definite negative to retrieve the code. We fortunately eventually found it.

There were not enough cups in the kitchen, the sofa bed was in very bad condition , when we slept on it , it sank down on the middle and we couldn’t sleep comfortably.
