Lam Kinh Hotel

We’ve traveled all over Vietnam and have booked about 5 different hotels. We try to stay at more affordable places that aren’t at the bottom dirt cheap. But Half were dishonest and/or dirty and don’t look like photos. This one is an exception. The rooms are clean and as pictured. We highly recommend this hotel!

It was $*** AUD for 4 nights on agoda. If you're after 5 star hotels you're not booking here. The room was perfectly nice like a little apartment room. The aircon worked exceptionally it was very cold. The bathroom mat dirty and I the hot water wasn't working, but I never bothered mentioning it to the staff they maybe could have helped me with it. It was a great location in an interesting part of the city that didn't seem particularly touristy that was great for my first time in HCMC. They have a laundry service which they said would take 24 hours, but I didn't take that long I dropped it off at 11am and I went out of my room at 7:30pm and found it outside my door. I think I heard a knock but didn't realise it was on my door so they probably would've given me notice + I had a DND sign on my door. Luckily I thought to ask about the food/water in the room. You have to pay for the aquafina water bottles and the food but the other brand of water is free. The five you 5 of the bottles of aquafina and 2 of the other so if you haven't prepared well and you're really thirsty you may have to resort to paying for the aquafina, but it's not much more expensive than getting them at a stall on the street. Plus if they make up the room they replace those free bottles. They have a fridge that worked well too. Ultimately i'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place on a budget. The staff on the fron were helpful and would show me the address of anywhere I wanted to go

Very nice hotel Only thing that was missing was breakfast

The room smelled bad and didn’t feel clean, the Aircondition couldn’t be uses as bad smell came out of it.
