I strongly recommend Lam Kinh Hotel for tourists in Vietnam. My reasons are. Value for money, location, spaciousness, and without room odour. Spent less money for more enjoyment.

Had the most basic room. Was still spacious, clean and a comfortable bed and aircon. TV not working though but that was fine, other times we booked a room it was working. Convenience store is 5 min walk. A lot of chinese restaurants and Dim Sum places 8 min walk away.
