Small mistake handled without grace

The location was very central. The island itself is not large, but it was a good spot to go walk around the island to see the birdlife. There was a small kitchen, so it was possible to cook in the studio.

We had a bad experience right at the beginning. We were first given the keys to the wrong apartment. We didn't know, so we spent three hours inhabiting a flat that wasn't ours but was really, really nice. Suddenly, while we were resting in the bed, the receptionist that had given us the keys burst in without knocking, in a panic. She had given us the wrong keys! We were immediately kicked out and had to experience some very awkward five minutes waiting in the aisle with all our luggage repacked in a hurry while the legitimate renters of the apartment returned with the keys to our apartment. The apartment was a major downgrade. It had a bed and a kitchen, but the furniture didn' even match, there were spider webs behind the desk and it didn't feel homely at all. To be honest, the mistake wouldn't have bothered me as much if the lady hadn't burst in without consideration to our privacy and if we hadn't been made to feel like peasants while the other renters even got a cleaning lady to go there after our brief stay and we barely even got new towels. An offer of a little compensation would have been a nice gesture -- a coffee, even a little chocolate. But nothing, no empathy at all after wrecking our peace.

Das Mobiliar war in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster liessen sich nicht kippen. Wenn man sie ganz geöffnet hat- konnten die Menschen aus der Fußgängerzone reingucken

Es gibt eine Küchenzeile - dann wäre es für Tagesgäste hilfreich, wenn es Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und ein paar Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine gäbe

Obwohl Steuer und Zollfrei alles 100 bis 150 % teurer als bei uns zu Hause. Bis auf Zigaretter

sehr netter Mitarbeiter bei der Schlüsselübergabe, bei Fragen sehr hilfreich , Bitte weiter so

Im Zimmer gab es zwar eine kombi Küche ( Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank und Vorratsschrank) Aber Kaffeemaschine, Toster, Wasserkocher und Microwelle standen zusammengadrängt auf einen 60 cm runden Tisch. Badenlange Fenster liesen sich nicht auf Kipp stellen und das in Paterre, ich hatte keine Lust auf nächtlichen Besuch!!!!!!! Das Badezimmer war topp. Die Betten ließen sich sehr gut schlafen, Die Sauberheit war hervorragend.

Ein Wochenende bei bestem Wetter, ein Genuss. Der Aufenthalt in den Appartements leider nicht.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit waren gut.

Die Ausstattung war ungenügend. Keine Fotos oder Bilder, keine Deko. Die Möbel waren sehr lieblos und billig zusammengestellt. Die elektronischen Geräte waren überall im Raum verteilt. Im Appartement 2 gibt es zudem viel zuwenige Steckdosen. Beide Appartements 1 und 2 laden nicht zum verweilen ein.

Die Lage war top, die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich, man hatte alles was man brauchte.

Uns hat verwirrt, dass wir ein nasses Bettlaken im Kühlschrank vorgefunden haben.
