Die Lage ist perfekt, der Check-In war maximal einfach, aber die Ausstattung könnte eine kleine Überarbeitung vertragen. Vielleicht wäre für einige auch ein Hinweis auf die enge Wendeltreppe hilfreich.
Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck wirkt ziemlich dürftig bzw. zusammengesucht. Die Matratze war mehr oder weniger "tot". Im Bad ließ sich der Duschkopf kaum so fixieren, dass man auch nass wird.

Quiet location, yet very central. Windows both sides to create draft (room is on top floor under the roof). Staff were friendly, lounge that belongs to shared reception facilities was great.
Long queue for check in at central reception, waited at least half an hour; had to wait outside with the luggage, that would have been very uncomfortable in adverse weather. Room is up two flights of a relatively narrow spiral staircase. Some areas have limited headroom. Payment has to be done by bank transfer.
