The holiday home in the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse in the idyllic north of Brandenburg is situated in the second row to the water with a wonderful view over the boats and the nature around the harbour basin. The holiday home is modern and bright in Scandinavian style. Thanks to the gallery-like first floor and the huge panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof, the entire house is flooded with light and the view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape. In the immediate vicinity, a rest stop on the canal, as well as cafés and boutiques in the village of Zerpenschleuse await your visit within a radius of approx. one kilometre. The Bernsteinsee lake in Ruhlsdorf (approx. 6 km) is ideal for swimming. The marvellous sandy beach makes for great swimming fun. A little more action is also guaranteed at the water ski centre, where wakeboarding and water skiing are possible and corresponding courses are offered. The Prenden golf course, which is only 15 minutes away by car, offers a change from water sports. In addition to active recreation, the nearby town of Wandlitz (13 km) with its cultural attractions is a popular destination for those seeking relaxation. Berlin is also only 50 km away and can be reached by public transport in just over an hour.
In summer, enjoy the fresh air and the panoramic view of the canal from your private terrace. Even in winter, the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. After a walk along the water or through the snow-covered woods, you can warm up again in the holiday home in front of the cosy crackling stove in the living room. Here you can unwind all year round and take a deep breath. The Oder-Havel Canal runs alongside the holiday home village, where it crosses the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Embedded in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.
The Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday homes in the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse. The municipality of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterised by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Lange Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.
The Zerpenschleuse harbour village is still under construction in 2018 and 2019, so there may be construction activities in the neighbourhood and not all roads and access routes may have been paved yet, including the outdoor facilities.
