Keine Wassergläser oder Becher für Kinder. Nur Wein, Sekt oder Biergläser.

Wie auf den Bildern. Sehr neu- modern und gemütlich
Saunatür hat unten einen großen freien Spalt. Bitte eine Dichtungslippe dran machen. Handtuch& Bettwäsche Paket war aus der Buchung nicht mit ersichtlich. Bitte mit hinzufügen.

The house is comfortable and exactly as expected from the photos
There are a lot of hidden costs that are not detailed at time of booking : cleaning fee, gas and electricity are paid separate, bedding and towels also charged extra. It is important to control the start and end readings of the gas and electricity meters, we luckily did this, otherwise we would have been charged 30 Euro extra as the reading on our arrival card reflected the last reading from 3 weeks earlier!!! The Novasol service staff unfortunately do not offer a very friendly service, overall we were very disappointed with Novasol and due to all the extra hidden costs would not use them again in the future.
