Beautiful hotel and great staff in the wrong location.

The gardens were lovely. The location of the waterfront and loungers by the sea was excellent. The restaurant was beautiful and the rooms were nice.

The noise and music from the hotel next door was very irritating loud and intrusive. The abandoned building on the left of the hotel is a bit of a nice sore.

Beautiful place with pretty much everything that's needed

Friendly helpful staff who greeted us with a glass of prosecco. Really good restaurant with good food and beautiful views out to sea. Very good facilities. Clean. Not far from Kusadasi main town. On the whole peaceful.

Not much really. On first night the music from the restaurant went on too late (12:45 AM) and was too loud. The light switches in the rooms were overly complicated. Expensive, but then that's not surprising.

Nice hotel but significant noise at night from party venue on site.

We enjoyed our stay and our room was very comfortable and housekeeping were excellent. Staff at front desk were generally helpful and friendly.

There were significant issues with noise particularly on our first two nights where a concert and then a wedding were held only a very short distance from our rooms. Music from live band at the wedding was absolutely pounding in our room until after 1 am. Very disrespectful for hotel guests to structure events at the venue in this way. Gym was no good. Restaurant staff/ service were inconsistent but the food there was very good.

Unprofessional! Cheap! Horrible! Violation of religion and privacy don’t go to this hotel specifically women that are we

I liked nothing Nothing! I am angry , dissatisfied and distressed from the traumatic experience my family and I faced during our recent stay at the hotel. What happened caused us emotional trauma by stepping on our privacy, dignity, and religious values. My family and I are Muslims we are covered and wear hijab, and we specifically chose the hotel because of what spouse to be a private suite with a private pool .We drove five hours to reach with the hope of a peaceful and respectful environment. Unfortunately, our experience was traumatizing and non respectful at all. From the very first day, a member of the staff ”MAN” entered our private pool area without permission, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being clearly displayed. When we addressed this violation to the manger, we were assured it was a mistake and won’t happen again and they will take the complaint to the higher manger to take care of the matter. However, the following day, while we were in our swimsuits tanning —without hijabs, our bodies exposed —a staff member “ MAN ”entered our bedroom room and private pool area without permission. He claimed to have knocked but received no answer, and entered our bedroom room with his master key while we were undressed in swimsuits without hijabs, claiming he was delivering fruits we had ordered. I repeat the DO NOT DISTURB sign was ON . This invasion of our privacy was shocking, frightening, and deeply traumatic ,we were terrified and shouted out loud get out!!! we tried to cover our selves with anything infront of us to cover ourselves and he stood in his place not moving We repeatedly shouted for him to leave, but he refused to move an inch and demands a signature for the order we kept shouting and screaming that this is violation on our religion and privacy . we went to the reception to complain and asked for the manager !

when the manager came he didn’t care at all about what happened to us his only concern was not to let other guests hear our story he tried to take us somewhere private to silence us so that no one hears what happened and didn’t take any action to the matter this is a serious stepping on our religion and our privacy with no respect at all and no concern about our feelings and what they put us through ! We packed our bags and cut our trip and left the hotel with a traumatic experience. Additionally, the beach area was disappointing—lacking sand, with a deck directly in the water, no proper shoreline or sand , and sea water was green not blue , with underlying corals making it unsuitable for swimming. Other than that hotel did not meet basic standards very unprofessional with rude staff and cheap and poor quality of food with zero hygiene and cleanliness of plates, cups, spoons and forks and was unacceptable. You should order not twice but 3 times in order to get clean utensils And this is was extremely unacceptable. Of Keep on complaining I wouldn’t stop writing from the things I’ve faced I went to have a relaxing getaway but I’m came with extreme trauma. Every penny I spent there was not worth it at all from facility to staff to the room and food nothing met my expectations it was a waste of time,money and dignity! lack of respect for guests' privacy, safety, and religious sensitivities. To sum it up ( food / staff / room / privacy/facilities / are all very poor and unprofessional) You’ll pay a lot in this cheap place !

Very nice three days - with some reservations

The facilities are first class. The rooms very well appointed and designed, comfortable beds; lovely garden with very nice pool plus a separate seaside sun and swimming deck which turns into a restaurant in the evenings. Main bar and restaurant large and pleasant with views out to Samos. Location is easy to find on the main highway south through Kusadasi with good parking. Our welcome from Banu was great and she was very helpful when we asked if we could move rooms. The valet (Yusuf I think his name is) deserves a special mention. The young staff overall were very nice but the service could be hit and miss. The food and drinks were good although expensive (European prices).

The service was hit and miss: some staff needed more training and most had very limited english (though more than I have turkish) which led to misunderstandings with orders and often several conversations with other staff members to clarify. Yet 10% service is automatically added to all food and drink bills. During the day it’s a peaceful retreat but at night it can be less so. And this is my only hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the hotel: as others have noted it could be very noisy at night, sometimes from music from the bar but mostly from the party hotel next door which went on late. Otherwise an excellent and easy to find choice for Kusadasi.

Best suited for party-seekers, not sea-loving retreat-goers.

The service staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The garden at the center of the hotel was beautifully maintained, adding a peaceful charm to the atmosphere. The restaurant, where breakfast is served, had a panoramic view of the sea. Overall, the hotel’s architecture is tasteful.

Noise: The hotel is extremely loud. Club-style music at the beach begins at 10 a.m. and continues non-stop throughout the day. On weeknights, a DJ plays until around 1 a.m.—often to an empty dance floor—while the rest of the hotel is trying to sleep. While earplugs make the DJ music somewhat tolerable, weekends are much worse: live concerts goes on until 2 a.m., and the noise becomes unbearable. We stayed in one of the farthest rooms from the DJ and concert area, yet the music was still clearly audible—even through noise-canceling headphones. Sea: A water sports facility operates directly adjacent to the hotel, offering jet skis and boats throughout the day. Although there is a designated swimming area (approximately 100 by 100 yards), the water is shallow, mostly consisting of rock and seaweed-covered patches. In places, the seaweed comes within a foot of your body. Unfortunately, plastic waste is visible on the sea floor, and on some days, waves bring in additional debris, making the water extremely unpleasant. I attempted to swim beyond the marked area into deeper water but was warned by the water sports manager that the zone was leased as a sports ring and that he wouldn't be liable if a jet ski or boat hit me. I’m unsure whether this is accurate, but jet skis and boats regularly pass at high speed close to the swimming area. On one occasion, I even saw a jet ski riding back and forth inside the swimmer zone. This is something to consider if, like me, you enjoy open-water swimming. Beach: The beach becomes extremely crowded on weekends, as the hotel allows non-guests to use the facilities. Lounge chairs are tightly packed—you’ll likely be within arm’s reach of your neighbors. This setup compromises any sense of privacy or relaxation. Overall: The hotel seems focused on maximizing revenue by trying to be everything at once—club, concert venue, beach bar, and resort—which comes at the expense of peace and comfort.

Best vacation ever

The hotel has far exceeded our expectations. From the time we arrived, the customer relations person, Banu, has been extremely helpful with all of our questions. She was so friendly and we felt like we had known her for years. The room was one of the most modern places we have stayed, very clean. The hotel staff has been very friendly, and we enjoyed our time at their hamam, steam room and sauna. The pool side deck has been perfect to enjoy our time and sunbathing. The pool side was also exceptionally beautiful surrounded by many trees and plants. We will definitely come back to this hotel very soon and recommend very highly to everyone!

Relaxing getaway

We booked a room with the pool out front. We loved it. We had a private patio and could relax in the pool all day. We even had a view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed eating at the restaurant along the water and the food was delicious! We dod a quick getaway and had perfect weather for our trip. The massage I got at the spa was relaxing. The hotel is a quick cab ride to restaurants along the beach if you want to get away.

There was some road noise at night but it wasn’t too bad. We were prepared for the nightly club noise and brought our own ear plugs and we could not hear a thing. So it was not an issue for us.

Eleganza

This is a very elegant hotel, more beautiful than the Hilton downtown (which would have been my second choice, I’m glad I chose the Unique hotel. A pity the “beach” was not yet open (being end of May). High quality breakfast with the sea at your feet. I didn’t book the direct access to the second (heated!) exclusive-use pool, but I’d book it if I went back to this same hotel, it looked very nice :) Sea view was a plus.

Disappointed and not trusting previous reviews

Located on a very noisy, busy highway so there was perpetual noise. And, they have throbbing , pulsating music until 2:00 am three days per week. Also, there are a lot of of smokers , so almost impossible to enjoy a smoke free meal.

We had the room with direct pool excess, great worth the extra money! Nice breakfast. At Saturday and Friday there are parties at the club in the premises of the hotel. There can be a bit noise.

One of the best hotels / resorts in Kuşadasi

We had an absolutely great stay. The room was incredibly nice with the best view. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding of high quality. The bathroom was incredibly nice and equipped with everything we could dream off. The cleaning staff did a great job every dag with cleaning and replacing everything we used. When we phoned for extra coffee and comfier pillows, they delivered almost immediately. I see some people complained about the parties on a Friday and Saturday evenings - it really wasn’t that bad at all. We went prepared with ear plugs but we didn’t even need it. The breakfasts were absolutely brilliant - take the Aergean breakfast! The venue is amazing, with the windows that open almost all the way so you can hear the ocean right in front of you. The only downside was the deck that was under construction but it didn’t make our stay uncomfortable in any way, it would just have added some flair. Would we stay there again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat! (We stayed in 4 different places in Turkey and this was by far the best - in every sense!)

Very nice but do not book in low season

Very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Had dinner 2 evenings. Food was very good .We got upgraded to a swim up room as it was my sister's birthday. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

There was a concert the first night we arrived and we could not hear ourselves in the restaurant. The beach was closed as it was off season. This was very disappointing as this is the only reason we booked this hotel. The pool was cold and empty with zero atmosphere so we had to leave to go to another beach.It should be made clearer before you book that the beach is closed off season. Wine and alcohol was very expensive. Rooms are comfy and spotless but a bit on the small side

The food options were amazing would definitely recommend it. This hotel feels like home away from home you wouldn’t want to leave. How could I forget about the Spa, the spa was absolutely amazing. They were all so professional, the spa was so clean and relaxing it was amazing. The manager was very welcoming upon my arrival and was there for anything I needed. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, will definitely be back again in the summer. Thank you for an amazing stay🙂

Excellent resort, high standard with multiple restaurants and a great beach club

Excellent resort hotel with two restaurants by the sea and a lovely beach club during the day with ability to swim and also take part in watersports with the specialist centre next door. We had a go with the JetCar and was superb. Some evening entertainment with live music, all very tastful and to a very high standard. We loved it. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff with wonderful view and around 1hr10mins drive from Izmir airport.

Great hotel but interesting situation with loud music

This is a very nice new hotel with a great location on the water and very nice staff. The restaurant is great and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were comfortable.

One thing to be aware of is that this hotel basically turns into a nightclub every night and loud music will be pounding until about 1:30am. If your room is near the music, it may be difficult for you to sleep. I feel this should be communicated better prior to booking.

Unique!

I’ve seldom seen such care and attention to detail from staff. They truly are exemplars of hospitality. Upon handing over my keys to the valet, I did not have to carry my own luggage until my departure. My partner and I were greeted by customer relations upon on entering reception. We were immediately offered a choice of complimentary tea, coffee, or champagne. While we were enjoying our drinks, they gave us a detailed explanation of the resort and it’s facilities. The breakfast selection offered by the on-site restaurant was limited, however all the menu items were on point. On top of their a la carte items, they also served a phenomenal Turkish breakfast. It’s also worth mentioning that their lunch and dinner service was just as good. You could ask a question to any staff member about anything and they would either run off to find the right person to help you with your request or escort you to your destination. I experienced this first hand, when I requested help in finding a beach chair and towels. The resort also has a stage for live performances by DJs and bands. It kind has a night club vibe and the party continues late night.

It was okay.

The garden and the spaces are beautiful. The pool is beautiful also. The foot massage at the spa was wonderful and peaceful.

Too much waiting to have only a Turkish coffee…The pool is dirty, it has to be cleaned more often. The room is too small and not luxurious. Not a five stars for sure.

Amazing

Wow- this place blew us out of the water. We had the most wonderful stay, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The staff were so nice, helpful, and went out of their way for us to have the best experience. They upgraded our rooms, helped decorate for my partner's birthday, and coordinated airport transfers. It was nice to have live entertainment right by our door and be able to have all amenities at our finger tips. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kusadasi and will definitely be staying here again.

Superb

Overall, I liked the hotel facilities. Everything is very stylish and new. Starbucks kiosk is a big plus. Breakfast was excellent. Evening music shows were great. There are 2 restaurants on site, Lucky's and Ayvalik Balikcisi. Our favorite was Ayvalik Balikcisi, everything was delicious. Food at Lucky's are average and not worth the price charged for.

Beach is not the cleanest in the region, too many seaweeds. Didn't like the fact that people not staying in the hotel can enter the beach club. On the third day of our stay we were not provided with proper sunbeds (with mattresses) due to overcrowd. Even after my complains that hotel residents should have a priority, the problem was not solved. I was going to downgrade my rating here, however, manager apologized and offered free massage for us. We did not take the massage offer but I considered it as a decent effort. I do not recommend this hotel, if your priority is a beach holiday.

Hotel has nice ground and location but service needs to be brushed up.

The hotel is quite near Ephesus, so it is a good choice in terms of location if you are visiting the archaeological sites. The hotel restaurant is just next to the seafront and has a good view. It also has a nice swimming pool, though on the day we visited it was too cold to swim. Breakfast is good in terms of food quality, but service was very slow, The restaurant staff were not well trained, and most of the time are day dreaming and ignoring the customers. On the day we check out, the staff (sorry forgot his name, but he is a young chap that speaks good English) that helped with our luggage was extremely helpful. As the hotel room was a bit far from the restaurant and front desk, they have provide a golf cart to transport our luggage. We dropped off our big luggage at the front desk and went for breakfast with our hand carry. After we finished breakfast, we found the young man was waiting for us outside the restaurant , and drove us back to the front desk for checkout. What a pleasant surprise, and have saved us from walking with our hand carries.

The receptionist for checkin has very very bad mannerisms. We arrived the hotel quite late at 10 pm, and I was already very tired, after a long drive. The receptionist has taken forever to find our bookings, check our passports, and then she started a very long briefing about the hotel, totally not understanding that we are all very tired. Also her English was not very good, whIch makes it difficult to understand. The worst was she mixed up our bookings and has put my friend in my room, and me in my friend’s room instead. This has created a lot of inconvenience but we were tired already, and cannot be bothered to change rooms and go through the packing and unpacking again. Also the room that I stayed has a lot of ants, I think there are probably some food stains that were not cleaned properly and I cannot use the table at all during my whole stay. Overall the staff are inexperienced and and not very helpful, except the bellboy that helped with our luggage upon checkout.
