The Wainhouse is a delightful barn conversion, situated on the grounds of the owner's working farm, in Bockleton near Tenbury Wells. The property has five bedrooms; two doubles with en-suites, two twins and a ground-floor twin with en-suite wet room, sleeping 10 guests. The property also consists of a family bathroom with bath and shower over, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area, plus a snug. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a large private garden with lawn, patio and furniture and a barbecue. The Wainhouse is a wonderful retreat for a group of family or friends in Worcestershire.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD Player, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawned courtyard garden with furniture and barbecue. Shared children's play area on site. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Unfenced duck pond on-site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Note: Please bring own towels for hot tub use. Note: From 1pm on the final day of your trip the hot tub will not be in use, as this will need to be switched off ready for the water to be emptied and the tub prepared for the next guests arrival.
