Perfect for a whole family stay

Great communication, lovely property. We would come again.
The rooms were spacious and clean and all had a bathroom. There was plenty of parking and the property was close to the train station and town centre. The kitchen facilities were good. The lounge was bright and clean and colourful.
It would have been better with a bigger dining room table (there were 8 of us, and it was a squeeze, with 10 it would be have been difficult to sit togehter) Also we thought it would have been good to have two more comfy chairs in the lounge, we couldnt all sit on the sofa, so two of us sat on the floor or a dining room chair. This would be really easy to rectify.

A slightly earlier booking in time of between 2-3 o’clock would have been helpful so we could settle before exploring Worcester.

Good value for money, great parking, good location. Excellent bedroom-bathroom ratio.
Ample parking - we had 4 cars and could have fit more on the drive if needed. Great sized family room, although it is quite a dark space because of the depth of the room and windows not letting in a lot of light. Bedrooms were all of an excellent size and had en-suites, which was much appreciated with 7 guests.
The kitchen is extremely small for the size of the property, and had a few niggles. The fridge door didn't close properly, one of the drawers didn't close properly. There wasn't enough cupboard space to put things away - one cupboard has the washing machine, another has the boiler, another has the fridge freezer. All other cupboards had plates, cups, glasses, etc. We had a lot of food which had to sit out on the worktop, reducing the already-limited usable space. The internal doors are all fire doors which slam shut. Not only is this loud, it means there's very little flow between rooms. This specifically caused an issue when moving between the kitchen and living area - someone had to always hold the door open if someone was bringing through drinks or food. The dining table is also not really big enough for the size of the property. We really struggled to get all 7 guests sitting around it for food. Having access to the garden only through one of the bedrooms is also not great (the alternative is to go out through the front door, climb over planters and a cable around the side of the property, and through a locked side-gate). It meant we didn't use the garden at all.
