Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Sea Coast Input - Carolina Beach boardwalk offers shopping, locally owned restaurants , ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the vibrant nightlife. During the summer months the local gazebo has live music and bingo. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats are also available. Or explore the Carolina Beach State Park. Neighboring Kure beach offers a charming downtown with locally owned restaurants ,Oceanfront park and a 712-foot long fishing pier. Fort Fisher is located at the southern end of the island where you can visit the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum and the North Carolina Aquarium. There are approximately 10 golf courses within a 1 hour drive and for those “historic” buffs, take a day trip to Downtown Wilmington or one of the other local islands via ferry.

Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.
For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.

We had a wonderful stay. Location was very convenient, and even though we were right by the boardwalk it wasn’t too loud or too bright. The condo was clean and the care instructions were clear. Only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is because we had trouble with the front door not locking from the outside a few times. Maintenance was quick and helpful each time. Also the parking situation is pretty tight in terms of spacing, something to keep in mind if you’re driving a large truck, SUV, or minivan. Other than that I’d recommend.

We absolutely loved this property. It was so clean and the location was amazing! Right across from the main part of the boardwalk. We walked everywhere. Close to tons of places to eat. Grass area close by for our pup! It was perfect!

We decided relatively last minute to take once last summer trip to the beach before the kids go back to school. We chose this place due to the price, availability and the fact that it was close to things that we could do with our kids. Upon arrival (after having to go pickup KEYS), we come in and realize that this place is right in the middle of all the action! Loud music, bright lights and lots of people around. Having no window covering on the back door was a little unsettling. With the kids sleeping on the pull-out bed, it made for long nights. The first night we realized that the A/C wasn’t getting cold and it was leaking water everywhere in the kitchen. We got to investigating before making a call and realized that the filters were absolutely disgusting and was blocking the airflow. We took the filters out of both units and cleaned them. Afterwards, they cooled like a champ and made the rest of our stay comfortable. We also were disappointed with finding hair in the shower, and shards of glass in the living room (which we found the hard way…stuck in my foot!) The front door didn’t seem to be secure enough either. There was no deadbolt or security latch. During a storm, rain water blew in under the door, which we had to clean up with towels! The condo itself was decorated nicely but the layout was odd and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. The best parts were being within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and not having to pay super inflated prices for parking
