About this house rental
This beautifully renovated home is located in the Town of Redington Beach, Florida. The beach is located on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. We are bordered by North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south, the Intracoastal Waterway on the east, and the Gulf of Mexico on the west. Redington Beach is primarily a waterfront residential community. Redington Beach is a state chartered municipality, located in Pinellas County, west of Tampa, Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg.
The small quaint little town is approximately 1 square mile in size. We boast 4 town parks, 5 public beach accesses, a causeway with benches for relaxing and fishing, and a community recreation area with basketball courts and a large children’s playground. A beautiful area and not far away from downtown Tampa and St Petersburg, Enjoy the Day and Night Life While Relaxing in this beautifully furnished fully equipped home.

We had a great time on our Spring Break. The location was perfect for little ones and teens alike… steps away from the beach and a quick walk to coffee shops for my teenagers!
Rocky was great to work with… just a phone call or text away when we had questions.

Everything about this trip was perfect! We adored the house and how close it is to the beach. There are tons of things to do within walking distance and the house has everything we needed to cook, grill out, toys and games, great tv, and the list goes on.
Rocky, our host, was AMAZING! He made sure we had everything we needed and met us at the house ready with snacks, drinks and treats for the kids! At one point our 5 year old accidentally locked us out of the house and Rocky was there within minutes to let us back in.
This vacation was a dream and I very highly recommend this spot!!

My wife and 3 kids had the pleasure of staying at Rocky's beach house in Redington Shores for an entire week. It was the highlight and best week of our nearly monthlong Florida vacation.
First off, the owner and manager Rocky is the most attentive and caring host you could ever hope for. I was in contact with Rocky after confirming the reservation, and he reached out multiple times before our arrival to make sure we were ok, could find the place, and to provide instructions.
When we arrived at the property, we were surprised to find all kinds of welcome treats and awaiting us. Most importantly, the house was beautiful - recently remodeled beach house with two comfortable bedrooms, a large functional bath, and great living room and kitchen area perfect for a family vacation. There is even a brand new BBQ and tons of beach toys, chairs and towels. The washer and dryer was great for a long stay.
The location of the house was amazing. Literally a 2 minute walk to sandy Redington Shore white sand beach on the Gulf shore. The beach was the best beach we've ever stayed at. Warm calm waters, lots of space, and no crowds (due to the perfect location of the house, which has limited parking for non-residents that otherwise fill up nearly stretches of the beach). The house is walking distance to great restaurants and bars, and a short drive to Clearwater, St. Petes Beach, and even downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa. One the best parts of the house is the neighborhood. As opposed to many high rise condos or larger multi-unit properties in the area, the beach house is in one of the last single-family home neighborhoods in the area. Most of the neighboring homes are owner occupied, and the neighbors were so friendly and welcoming . It felt like we were part of the neighborhood.
I can't recommend a house and host more strongly. We will definitely be back

They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression and this property did not miss its chance. It was perfect from the moment we pulled into the driveway where Rocky welcomed us with the keys and a quick tour of everything the house had to offer. The house itself was spotless and ideally decorated for a relaxing beach vacation. Located just steps from beach access made it easy to set up for the day with all the provided beach supplies one could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials as well as other supplies such as coffee pods for Keurig and snack in the cabinets, not to mention drinks in the refrigerator. We texted Rocky for suggestions during our week and his response time and suggestions were spot on. Thank you Rocky for a great week.
We will certainly be back.
