Lisa's Apartment - Margarita Gardens

This is an apartment located in a quite large complex of houses and blocks of flats - my parents had a house 150m away. The host was very quick to answer to all of my texts and phone calls and provided us with lots of ideas of places to go to. Everything was very clean, there was air conditioning in both rooms and we had hot water at all times. We did not try the private pool, but it looked very nice. There is a 24h open supermarket very closeby, post office, pharmacy and also the seaside is not more than 10 minutes away, I think the place is very good value for money.

The apartment is not very large and the windows are facing the street, but it is a quiet neighborhood. Also, something to be improved is the bed, since every time one of us would sit down without taking maximum care, the wooden parts under the mattress would come out and have to be put back in. I would also suggest some more serious towels, some of them would not get you dry at all.

Close to local amenities but far enough way from the hustle and bustle so the perfect balance, couldn’t be more helpful in terms of airport transfer and the taxi company saving our luggage until our flight so we could explore for the day

It's a great apartment which has everything you need (even salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar which normally is removed from the apartment) It's close to the harbour, shops and restaurants.

The small balcony is on the roadside which is considered by some people as a racetrack. The mattress has had his best years and needs to be replaced.

The Apartment is situated in a good position for bars/supermarket/s (Pop Life being the best) and some restaurants. The harbour area is also only a stroll away (15mins) where there are many more restaurants. The bus stop (bus 610) into the old town which has a daily market (except Sunday’s) and many other places to eat is again not too far (don’t go Sunday as again most place’s are closed). The pool is a nice size with clean water and never too busy, accessed with a fob to gain entry. The bed is comfortable and kitchen adequate for cooking a breakfast/dinner. The contact with the owner is very easy and professional: 10/10. This apartment has everything you need for a few days away in Paphos. overall we enjoyed our stay…

Main road can be a bit noisy at times (not the owners fault) just my opinion. Bathroom needs much brighter lighting. My actual true rating for this apartment is 8.4/10
