It is located in a basement accessed by stairs situated in the main common area. And it has capacity for 2 people.

This studio apartment has a living-dining room with a table for 4 diners, a folding bed in a vertical position and an open kitchen with all appliances and kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom with shower and fully equipped.

Muy buena ubicacion, muy bien equipado, habia de todo y muy confortable. La cama excelente.
Tiene un problema de moho muy serio detras el armario con la cama. Huele fatal y no es sano. Hace falta quitar el moho y solucionar el origin del problema. Sin el moho habia sido perfecto.

es un sotano iluminado por un patio de luces que obliga a utilizar la luz artificial. La cama abatible casi que debe estar permanentemente abierta y una de las patas que la sostiene no se puede plegar.
La lavadora no tiene secadora y para estancias mas largas en las que haya que emplearla, obliga a tender en el apartamento (cuenta con un tendedero portatil) con lo que supone de humedad ambiental.
