About this apartment rental
Located in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safest in central Madrid, close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area. Near "the Golden Mile", where you will find the most exclusive shops in Madrid. Ideal for enjoying the city during short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment:
It is located on the basement level (you have to go down 1 floor by stairs) of the building, it has a great patio and has capacity for 7 people.
Designed and equipped to efficiently use the space and offer maximum comfort. Complete furniture and high-end equipment.
It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 bunk beds, all with 28cm memory foam mattresses.
To access the main bedroom it is necessary to go through the room with bunk beds.
The living room has folding bunk beds that, when closed, create a spacious desk, as well as a single sofa bed for the seventh occupant.
The dining area has a table for 7 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable stay.
It has 2 comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en suite, both with spacious shower with thermostatic control, 450 litres of hot water and electric towel rail.
The flat has WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms.
Transport:
Metro: Next to the Avenida de América interchange. América (50m) – (lines 4, 6, 7 and 9)
Public parking: Interchange 50m away (Avenida de América, 11).
The apartment measures 45m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

El piso es tal cual las fotos, un piso remodelado, agradable y la zona perfecta y muy tranquila.
Me gustaría que mejorara el patio común ya que la telefonía queda ahí y no hay forma de entrar al patio sino pasando por el apartamento y todos los días iba alguien a repararla y pasar una escalera, fueron como 8 veces.

The unit is very small and in the basement which makes it difficult to bring luggage up and down since the elevator does not go to the basement. The couch is torn, dead cockroach on stairs (the staff know as there is a giant can of Raid by the door inside the unit) and both bathrooms have mildew/mold. We didn't receive our email with thr hosr code so had to call when we arrived and the staff never completed the check-in process for us as discussed.
