Do espaço da casa para os miúdos estarem à vontade, da proximidade de tudo restaurantes ,praia,supermercado,ter aonde estacionar.
O parque de estacionamento abrir as 10 da manhã e encerrar as 22.Mas entendo porque tem que ter horário.
