Location , close to local bars and restaurants and literally 1 minute to the beach
Great views especially of the sunset
Great staff, very helpful and well communicated with throughout. We had a problem with the electricity and engineer came within 15 minutes at nearly 10pm
Lovely pool (we paid to have it heated - well worth it)
Extremely clean in all areas
When it was windy it really whistled through the windows and could stop the noise - not the owners fault obviously.
One of the water pumps by the steps into the pool was very noisy.
Could not fault anything else.

The house's location is unbeatable. It is right before a beach, perfect for families with children. The safety fence around the pool provides peace of mind. The house is not luxurious but has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The price was very fair compared to houses in the Algarve. It is good value for money.
The bathrooms need to be modernized. As mentioned in the comments, the bathtub on the ground floor could be replaced with a more modern one, a shower stall, or a walk-in shower. Some doors and windows need to be improved so they don't let the wind in on windy nights. These are small things that don't change my overall very good opinion of the house.

Amazing location within a 1min walk from the beach. It has some little cafés, bars and mini markets around with a big supermarket within a short car ride. The house itself is perfect for big family, two floors with a separate kitchen on the 2nd floor, amazing viewpoint on the rooftop and great backyard area with pool, grill and seats to enjoy. Very clean, has everything you may need during the stay. It has a parking for 1 car, but plenty of spots just outside the house to park another car. Our dog was very happy there too, mostly enjoying outside.
Internet on 2nd floor was not working, but we didn’t need it anyways so we didn’t flag it to the owner during our stay.
