About this house rental
Enjoy the beautiful view as you walk 0.1 mile to a neighborhood beach from the comfort of this year round 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house, with a huge patio and an outdoor shower. Walk back and forth from the beach at your leisure. This property is a beautiful home away from home with a beautiful open, inviting floor plan and comfortable bedding.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, with a large dresser and storage drawers under the bed. The Second bedroom has 2 beds. The first bed is a full bed that sleeps 2, the top bed sleeps 1, and the other is a full bed. We also have the most comfortable sofa with chaise lounge in the living area.
We enjoy cooking at our home and so will you. We have everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the large outdoor patio and extra space in the She-Shed. This property is a MUST STAY all year round!

Our stay at this Cape Cod home was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation.The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and all the charm Cape Cod has to offer. It’s rare to find a rental that looks even better in person than in the photos, but this one absolutely did.The host (Linda) was fantastic — responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay amazing. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We already can’t wait to come back and would recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect Cape Cod escape.

Everything about this space was beyond our expectations. The beds were comfortable and separate bathrooms were just right for our needs. Although we ate out mostly, our breakfasts & late night snacking were easy in such a well appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the cocktail hour on the patio!Our slight problem accessing beach chairs was IMMEDIATELY attended to by the owners who showed graciousness throughout several calls. I would recommend this location unequivocally. We are already planning our next visit!
