This is a modern 1st floor beach apartment filled with sunlight! Enjoy your morning coffee with ocean view. We had a great time. We had everything we needed, our host provided all information we needed before we arrived. We could even see the boats on the water while we ate breakfast. We were downstairs and my sister's family was upstairs - wonderful to be so close and also have enough space for everyone.

Easy check in/check out. Appreciated the “extras” like soap and detergents. Also how quickly we were able to get extra blankets. Great location!

We had a restful stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and is just 100 yards from the beach. It has a nice, large porch, and all the amenities to cook at home. Hyannis has plenty to do - fishing charters, boat cruises, and ferries to/from islands. Hyannis center is a 3 minute drive from the house. For a family of four, we were very comfortable. The host was very responsive, we were able to make a last minute request and were accommodated.
