The place was clean and the location was great!
Our bedroom was very small and faced the hallway, which means no privacy (people walking past all the time) and most importantly, no fresh air. Even with the fan, it got somewhat unbearable in there! We did not feel comfortable in the room and would not want to stay there again. Staff wasn’t great - the place is run by some young men that seem to know about nothing and do not proactively share any information. E.g. they could not tell me anything about the Acatenango hike that is advertised on the reception wall.
