It is very good short time stay.
No freedom to choose break fast.

Property is in good location and fairly well maintained. Very good for a short trip and close to a very Subbayya Gari Hotel which is added plus. Friendly staffs and they immediately take care of your requests. Bed/ mattress was good. Overall satisfied stay.
Facilities are not exactly as described on booking.com. They said Premium room but it was bit short sized! Still ok for a short stay.

Property AC remote was not working and it is a basic check should have been done
