Blízko centra (asi 200m) a zároveň na relatívne tichom okraji. 15minut na pláž cez borovicový les. Bezpečné parkovanie priamo na pozemku pred vchodom. Stabilná a rýchla wifi. Na izbe čisté uteráky, rýchlovarná kanvica (trebalo by ju poriadne vyčistiť), malá chladnička, základný príbor, taniere, poháre, čistiaci prostriedok na riad, tekuté mydlo, fén na vlasy. Posteľ bola veľká (takmer na celú izbu) a pohodlná, elektrické zástrčky a lampičky na oboch stranách postele. Na spoločnej chodbe je mikrovnka a žehlička. Možnosť požičať si paravan na pláž. Každá izba má svoj vlastný sušiak na prádlo. Na dvore bol aj gril. Izba bola skutočne maličká, ale s tým sme počítali, celkovo som spokojný. Boli sme ubytovaní aj so psom, za ktorého sa neplatí! Majitelia milí a ochotní.
Troška sme museli rozmýšľať ako si na izbe rozložiť veci. 1 skriňa na zavesenie vecí a 1 menšia skrinka na ostatné. Naozaj maličké umývadlo, ťažko sa v ňom umýva - toto je jediné skutočné negatívum. Riady sme museli umývať v sprche :) Žiadna spoločná kuchynka, žiadna možnosť uvariť si jedlo - iba ak zaliať si instantné jedlo z rýchlovarnej kanvice alebo ugrilovať si niečo na dvore.
