Great location close to the seaside boulevard and the fokarium. Friendly staff at reception, who even allowed us to leave the car after check-out. Nicely decorated rooms, with creative touches like room numbers painted on oars and bedside tables made from tree trunks. An elevator makes carrying luggage easy.
IMHO these are not big cons: 1) breakfast is not provided, as the rooms come with a small kitchenette for self-catering; 2) parking is available but comes at an extra cost.

The hotel is very close to the city center and the room was practically the size of a small apartment. There is no kitchen but there was a kettle and microwave. There is an option to use the parking lot for a fair price. The staff is very nice and gave us the opportunity to use the parking lot even after checkout.
Nothing to declare 😅

Very basic, not greatly located and staff could be a bit more polite

You can't identify that you arrived on the rigth place, there is no external signs what confusing a bit.

The apartment itself was spacious, thoughtfully constructed and decorated. Beds were good and cosy, bathroom was super clean. I liked (and used) the open kitchen area. Another plus: it's really close to the station and in 3min walking distance to the beach.
It's important to know that this is no hotel, it's some sort of apartment complex. Everything's rather anonymous. There's no lobby and no outside space to rest or hang out. What's really bothering is the lack of communication (ability) provided by staff members. What's the use of having a 24h-reception when staff is not willing to provide even the most basic of information? Also, you unfortunately cannot open the windows at night, there's just too many insects drawn in. Fly screens or something of the sort would be useful.

Room is very clean and authentic. Close to the railway station, seashore and main street with lots of cafes. We have enjoyed the stay.

Really nice location, friendly personnel. Very spacious room - bedroom, bathroom and a living room with table. The bed in the bedroom was very comfy.
The sofa in the living room was probably the least comfortable sofa I have ever sat on. I appreciate having separate space (we were with child, so it was awesome to have space to relax while she was asleep), but it was almost impossible to sit on it.

Very basic accommodation in Hel. Nothing fancy, but OK. The location is good. The room was spacious. A kettle and a microwave were very convenient.
The staff didn´t speak English at all, but we did manage. The toilet bowl was mounted ridiculously in a way, that you couldn´t really sit on it or wipe your bottom ;). They should offer free parking, especially off-season.

thieves they annonce at the end of the stay that we have to pay an extra for the dog and the parking. Rooms are sad and not well decorated. Feels like being in a hospital. Very poor !

The decor was very lovely. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the maritime look and it really was put well together.
It‘s right opposite the train station, meaning that it’s incredibly loud from 6am till 10pm. You can hear trains arriving and departing, the speakers and everything in between.
The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve laid down in for years. It made sounds like it was about to break and squeeled with every turn. Mind you, a 10year old child slept in it - when I laid down, the mattress gave in.
The kitchenette consisted of a kettle, a microwave, 3 big and small plates, 3 knives and forks and spoons. No sink, no dishwasher, not even a kitchen towel. They also didn’t change the cutlery once during our 4 day stay - meaning we had to wash it in the shower and dry it with regular towels.
The staff was alright friendly. They were mostly sitting behind their desk without saying hello and when we checked out, the only question they asked us was whether or not r had paid the tourist tax already.

Room Deluxe. Toilet shower bed and a small kitchen all in perfect shape. Big floor kitchen with 2 coockers and 2 big fridges. Parking with 24/7 monitoring and only few minute walk to the Beach and city Center.

location is good, very close to everything. Apartment is spacious, good for a family stay. staff are very friendly and helpful.
the washing room always has drainage water smell. not sure if the waste water treatment system has issues. have to always close the washing room door to block the smell.
there is no air condition at apartment, ventilation is also limited in the washing room. the day we stayed was hot hereby room temperature is high.

Nice and cosy apartment. Close to the centre. Lovely personal.
No bowls/soup plates and kitchen towels in the kitchen corner.

The location is ok, although it's right next to the train station
The rooms were clean
There is no view from the windows, even from the highest floor
- the parking is expensive, even though outside of the season (in November) street parking is for free
- the room walls are very thin, you can hear everything
- the reception desk is not 24h. We wanted to leave at 7:00 am and we couldn't check out, because the guy who was there did not know how to use the computer and check if we paid or not, we had to wait for a lady to come to work at 8:00 to finish the check out...

Very good location and value for money
There is no safe place for keeping bicycles during the night

Extremely nice, newly renovated apartments.
The kitchenettes were not equipped with any utensils (pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, cleaning supplies, etc.), which made them virtually unusable.
No cleaning was provided during a week-long stay.
The proximity of the train station is associated with lots of train noise.
Additional pet cost at 30 PLN / day seems pretty steep, especially that it is not specifically mentioned in the offer.
Parking cost at 30 PLN / day seems pretty steep, cheaper options are available in the neighborhood.
