Location is great and it’s well equipped other then TV and none existent wifi.
The description is misleading as you do not have access to the garden. The WiFi had a strong signal but clearly the connection to the internet is very poor, and in reality none existent. TV signal poor so very few channels and they break up. No smart connectivity.

Nice and spacious. Comfy bed. All the utilities that you need. Great location. Would stay again
Unfortunately the flat above had loud music playing until 3am on the Friday, which I appreciate isn't the fault of the place. Just for people to be aware of the security deposit, which is approx the same cost of the stay and needs to be paid upfront

A really, really lovely flat with everything you need. A real home from home. And a sweet outside space which is rare in London. I just loved it and will book it again in a flash! And the location is perfect. A quiet street in New Cross Gate. But a 5 minute walk from New Cross Gate Station. From which you can get the mainline into London Bridge or the Windrush line to connect to almost anywhere in London.

The location
The bed sheets. A fitted sheet would be nice. The light is the bathroom is on a timer with a motion detector and it goes off when you're in the shower. The management company looking after this flat is useless.
