The property is a charming villa set amidst lush greenery in the peaceful Arenosu area—ideal for families and couples seeking tranquility while still wishing to explore the coastal and cultural delights nearby. This villa accommodates up to four guests, with the option of a fifth bed upon request.
It strikes the perfect balance between serenity and convenience: just a 5-minute drive from the airport and the beaches of Punta Negra, Maria Pia, Le Bombarde, Lazzaretto, and Mugoni. The historic center of Alghero is reachable in under 15 minutes.
The villa features a welcoming living room—perfect for relaxing—alongside a fully equipped kitchen designed for carefree stays; two bedrooms with either double or single beds; and two bathrooms with shower and bidet, one of which offers direct access to the pool for practicality and safety. Air conditioning is available in every room to ensure optimal comfort.
Outside, the villa is enveloped by a beautifully lit garden and boasts a private pool with multicolor lighting and various effects. Access to the pool is secured by a gated entrance with a key to ensure the safety and supervision of young children.
The barbecue area, garden, and covered terrace create an ideal setting for family lunches or romantic dinners under the stars, immersed in nature and far from the bustle of the city.
Its location makes it perfect as a base for day trips to captivating historic and natural sights, such as the Escala del Cabirol (650 steps) leading to the enchanting Neptune’s Grotto; the Anghelu Ruiu Necropolis; and the Nuragic village of Palmavera—each offering significant archaeological and scenic appeal.
The listed price includes all amenities: bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are all included, as are a crib and high chair for young children. In the event of water shortages, the villa is equipped with an emergency reserve.

The owners are the most amazing and happy people you can meet. Very helpful and service oriented. The house accommodates everything you need. Don’t worry about the location being close to Alghero Airport, only about 10 planes fly over a day. Only heard them when being outside.

We have just had a fantastic holiday here. The property had everything you could need and was exceptionally clean. The owner was so helpful and friendly and the location was incredibly peaceful. We definitely aim to return.

Great villa, very rustic. Everything you could need. Great pool. Very attentive host (who lives next door). Secluded but only a few km from bars, beach’s and restaurants. Great local walks. Air con, Netflix, Wi-Fi, outside pizza oven, nice flat easy access, outside toilet and shower, washing machine. All 👍

Thank you so much Mario and Anna for our stay at your villa! We loved the spacious accommodation and garden and of course the fabulous pool! The location worked well for us - short drive to lovely beaches and Alghero, which we loved! Lovely to have relaxed time in such a beautiful setting. We also enjoyed the local wine tasting at the nearby vineyard.
Hope to return again one day!
