Less than 3 miles to Craigville Beach. 1 mile to grocery stores and restaurants, and 6 miles to Hyannis Cruise terminal for easy access to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Other easy day trips include Boston (1 hour) or Provincetown (1 hour)!

Had a wonderful stay at Alison’s cute and very clean house! Plenty of room for our family of 4 + grandpa, basement laundry was great, and deck is large and shaded in afternoons - had our dinners outside! The window ACs kept everything cool on some hot July days. Alison had stocked plenty of supplies (kitchen, bathroom, etc) and even some games, puzzles, etc. for all ages (1yo-adult). Found Kalmus beach to be great for kids/families, and a nice seafood market conveniently located on the way home. Kids also enjoyed playing in the backyard and in the driveway. And Alison was quick to respond to questions when booking and once I’m sure. We hope to return!

The cottage is adorably decorated and terrifically organized. Everything you need is there. Central location. I would gladly return to this attractive house.

We absolutely LOVED Alison's Cape Cod retreat! The home was centrally located to many of the little shopping/restaurant areas. It was comfortable and quaint. The deck in the back was amazing for morning coffee and evening wine. If you've never been to the Cape, it's exactly what you'd picture as a traditional Cape home.
Alison was delightful and helpful. We appreciated her communication.
We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Our family had a lovely week in Centerville at this house! It is centrally located so was just a short drive to Craigville Beach, Four Seas, and Barnstable Village which are some of our favorite spots. The living room was cozy for watching TV and relaxing after long days at the beach or running around.
