excellent staff, extremely nice and helpful, always willing to help, we missed breakfast so we doordashed and i wanted to surprise my fiance with the room service service ( she loves the metal lids experience in hotels ( you know, women with service and food :) ), so i went to the rest and asked if i could borrow a couple of plates and the metal lids to do that for her, they helped me with plates lids a cart, utensils etc, she was so happy when i knocked the door and came in with the whole cart, deff make her day with that. also it was her bday and the front desk left cake and a bottle in the room when we were out. it was very nice and thoughtful of them. Thanks to everyone.

no complaints on anything, just a little pricey, valet parking a little high as well ( there is no much options to park around) so it was neccesary to use the service, but it was worth it overall.

Everything, location on the quiet side of the riverwalk, super modern building, great main lobby, great rooms. Nice pool and gym and excellent staff

The restaurant upstairs is not very suited to breakfast, they missed to have espresso coffee for instance available one morning

They blocked 900 dollars on my card - 300 for every night I stayed there. My ramp card has so many charges from this hotel that my administrative assistant thought that I was being scammed. Food is pretentious, boring, borderline silly. Only breakfast I had there I paid 30 dollars for some sunny side up eggs and a seven eleven bagel. Absurd, especially when you have so many good ingredients in the area. If you are going to charge 30 USD for breakfast it better be the best in the city. Not even the Thomson LA has these prices. All dishes have mandarines, dates, za´atar, halloumi, lamb shanks... I get it, its greek/mediterranean food, but cant you throw in a regular sandwich in there for when you feel like having something without olives? The pool is a joke; if you want shade, you have to pay 120 USD for what they call a "cabana", which is basically a dirty mattress with a busted fan and walls made out of fake folliage. I guess insanely loud reggaeton and tacky plastic plants are very popular in Greece, for some reason the hotel is covered with them. Staff is nice, views from the rooftop are great, but would not stay again.
