Alles in perfektem, sauberen Zustand. Ein interessantes Konzept, kein Hotel im herkömmlichen Sinn. Ein freundlicher Besitzer (telefonisch erreichbar) der versucht, an alles zu denken. Fahrrad Garage 50m weiter. Abschließbar, mit Werkzeug und Lademöglichkeit. Wasser im Kühlschrank auf dem Flur inklusive. Dito Kaffeemaschine. Fränkisches Restaurant in 5Min mit Biergarten und riesigen Portionen.
Fürs Frühstück ist man auf die Infrastruktur in Dorfprozelten angewiesen.

Good location on bicycle route, kind welcome, modern clean room, near gasthof with good dinner. Very nice lady welcomed us and got us sorted with bike storage in bike garage a few steps from accommodation. Comfortable room and bathroom, all seemed like new. Air con as was 30 plus when we arrived.
