About this house rental
New, clean and beautifully designed 3 bedroom 3.5 bath in town home located in a safe, quiet street in the St Elmo District of Chattanooga, TN. You will have access to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, shops, music venues, art galleries and more! You will also have downtown tourist destinations at your fingertips. We are the hosts and owners.
After staying in many Airbnb ourselves, we quickly learned that, as guests, we needed safety and cleanliness. We have stayed in various Airbnb’s and our experiences have been all over the place. Some great and some not so great. So, we promised each other that when we had our Airbnb (a goal realized) we would provide a place, that we ourselves, would stay. We highly value cleanliness and want to provide you a place where you feel comfortable to kick back and relax.
We purchased items that we would want at our home. Some items and conveniences include:

My husband and two boys (2 years and 10 months old) stayed here for a weekend in Chattanooga. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, not to mention wonderfully decorated. The location was fantastic, walking distance to St. Elmo district and there was lots to do around the home. When we weren’t out exploring, the home was a wonderful place to rest and recharge. Our next trip to Chattanooga will include this home if it’s available!

We stayed for a quick weekend getaway. The house was excellent—just what we were looking for! It was colorful, creative, and comfortable. Plenty of space and very easy check in process. We will certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

The online pictures do not do this house justice! It was so cute inside and perfect for our girls weekend. Close to many great restaurants and shopping, but we loved the house so much we mostly stayed in. Would absolutely stay here again!

Although the property is cosmetically nice and appears to be fairly new, it is infested with cockroaches to the point that they were waking my wife up crawling on her in her sleep. We noticed them immediately when my daughter left a bowl of candy in the kitchen for about 15 minutes and three had gotten into the bowl within that time. Apart from that, the parking is very inconvenient unless you enjoy hiking up a steep hill for 300+ ft every time you need your vehicle. Good luck in the rain. Even though the neighbors park in front of their houses on the street, and there is plenty of room in front of this property, it is forbidden by the owner for some reason. Houses are built nearly on top of each other in this neighborhood also. Be advised that even though you will pay a substantial cleaning fee, you are also expected to do most of the cleaning. Originally, I was not even going to write a review until I asked the owners to mail me a five dollar souvenir magnet we left on the fridge. They wanted to charge me a fee along with an hours wages to “their team”.
