Good place to stay to enjoy beach vacation

Perfect and fast communication, we enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Best option for this value for big group. Beach and supermarket is 10 min by walk, nice restaurants nearby, we enjoyed our vacation there :)

in some rooms air conditioning did not work properly, in the big kitchen stove does not work, but you can use kitchen downstairs. you can park car inside but be aware of current road closure and ongoing maintenance, may be you will need to park car on the street. Quite hours after 10 pm and couple of hours you can hear some noise from the ongoing construction from neighbors or road.

Be ware of the sneaky extra charges

the House itself is in a good location and it’s fairly nice.

I was really outraged to be charged 50€ more than the price listed in Booking. when I ask for an explanation I wasn’t given anything acceptable by the owner, just that maybe the Kuna got more expensive in the meantime (50€!!???) I also escalated to the Booking costumer service… I am still waiting for an answer, at least to know WHY am I charged extra.

Great place for groups

We really liked the various options for group gatherings, but also the possibility to enjoy your own space. The property has to lot offer: a beautiful garden, a large pool (including less sunny spots during the day), many chairs to relax, a terrace and a pool house with a sauna, whirlpool and toilet (so no need to go back to the main house!) The owner is always reachable and very helpful and friendly.

The pool is very nice, as well as the jacuzzi and the sauna. There is a lot of space everywhere. The overall look of the house is very nice. The location is also pretty good. It is located near one of the best restaurants in zadar

The stove was broken, the dishwasher did not work. The overall cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom on the bottom floor is really old and the shower is constantly overflowing. The TV did not work. In the beginning they told us we were not allowed to have friends over, and if they find out the woll throw us out

Bellissima struttura nella periferia di Zara. Accogliente e con ogni comfort . Siamo stati in 11 persone, ci sono 6 camere con 4 bagni , cucina, soggiorno, taverna con biliardo e dependance con sauna e idromassaggio oltre che una piccola piscina. A due passi pizzerie ristoranti e bar

Vila este poziționata bine: plaja la 10 minute de mers pe jos, magazine și restaurante la colț de stradă 👍 Cearșafuri și prosoape curate 👍

Noi am rezervat Vila pentru 7 nopți, grup de 10 adulți +4 copii. 👎Pe tot sejurul noi nu am avut APĂ CALDĂ! 👎In 2 dormitoare nu funcționează Aerul condiționat! 👎 Sauna nu FUNCȚIONEAZĂ! 👎Pentru 14 oameni,aici au fost doar 6 furculițe, 3 pahare și 1 cratiță & tigaie 👎 Am găsit vesela murdara și mucegăită in mașină de spălat vase 👎Filtrul la bazin nu funcționează, după 3 zile apa era FOARTE MURDARĂ 👎👎👎 Reprezentanții Vilei au refuzat să comunice cu noi ...nu au fost receptivi la nici un mesaj de la noi, nu am primit răspuns la nici o întrebare. 👎Nu ni sa făcut prezentarea casei la intrare.

God indretning og beliggenhed, men dårligt vdligeholdt samt mange mangler, ikke pengene værd.

Havemøbler faldt fra hinanden. Tapet falder ned. Stikkontakter falder ud af væggen. Mangler gardiner i det ene værelse, stængerne var der. Dør/vindue til altan på det ene værelse kunne ikke lukkes. Toiletsæde på et af toiletterne var ødelagt. den ene brusekabine var utæt, så vand igennem etageadskillesen. Ved ankomst manglede vinglas, proptrækker, kartoffelskræller samt lidt køkkenudstyr, blev leveret efter et par dage. Døre til sauna ved at falde fra hinanden. Bunden i boblebadet var beskidt. Der lå affald forskellige steder omkring poolhuset. Der manglede batterier i adskillige fjernbetjeninger ( Aircon og TV ) Udendørsbelysning manglede i de fleste lamper. Glasskår i indkørsel.

Гарна велика вілла. Комфортні великі ліжка. Великий двір, три авто були припарковані без проблем і нікому не заважали. Великий басейн у дворі, в якому можна виставити комфортну температуру. Є сауна і джакузі, якими можна користуватися і в літній період за бажанням. На цокольному поверсі розміщується більярд і камін для барбекю.

Трохи не вистачало столових приборів на нашу велику компанію, таких як виделки, чайні ложечки. Було б гарно, якби зона барбекю була ще й у дворі.

Kuća je prostrana i čista. Sve što je u opisu objekta navedeno je točno. Sigurno bi se opet vratili ovdje. Izišli su nam u susret oko svega što smo zatražili i pohvala za to.

Dobronamjerna kritika je da ima prostora za napredak, prozor na gornjem katu u sobi desno se ne može zatvoriti, u kući nismo pronašli nijedan veliki kuhinjski nož i još par nekih sitnica. Sve u svemu nije razlog za umanjiti ocjenu :)

La maison n'était pas super propre.. nous avons loué pour 12 personnes..il n'y avait que 7 fourchettes..la villa n'était pas du tout équipé en ustensile de cuisine..pas de casserole pas de plats etc..., pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. pas de sèche cheveux, pas de serviette de bain pour tout le monde.. La villa n'est absolument pas entretenue,, jacuzzi rempli de calcaire..les portes du sauna ne se fermaient même pas ...tapisserie décollée dans une chambre qui retombait.. prise de courant dangereuse. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le billard, les cannes n'avaient plus de gommes au bout..Dans certaines salle de bain, l'eau chaude était en option..

Drugi raz się tam na pewno nie wybiorę.

Lokalizacja domu, basen z leżakami, sauna.

Niestety funkcjonowanie w Zadarze bez klimatyzacji (chociaż była wymieniona w udogodnieniach) nie było przyjemnym doświadczeniem. Osoba zarządzająca budynkiem zapewniała że zamowi serwis- niestety, nie wydarzyło się absolutnie nic. Jacuzzi- nie działało. Po skorzystaniu w prysznica na piętrze woda kapała z sufitu na korytarz na parterze. Absurd! Jedna z łazienek w ogóle była wyłączona z użytku i na samym środku stała druga kałuża wody. Ogólnie mamy wrażenie, że więcej udogodnień nie działało niż było było sprawne. Deski w toalecie nie było, klamki zostawały w rękach, a uchwyt do prysznica pełnił tylko funkcje ozdobne. Brak czesci wyposazenia widocznego na zdjeciach (na przyklad duzy glosnik).
