Apartment Rokkaria by Interhome

Ubytovani hodnotime celkove vyborne. Hezky zarizeny apartman a skvela terasa na vecerni posezeni.

Ponekud slozitejsi parkovani, ktere bylo ovsem v cene. Parkuje se v podzemnich garazich a s vetsim autem je to na centimetry.

Hi , The apartment was amazing, more beautiful in reality, the view was just amazing, you have anything that you want inside, Also, the location was amazing, just 2 min walking from the best restaurants from the Villasimius, you have o street distance supermarket, close to the beach. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to have a great experience and feeling like home.

I would like to specify that this review is just related to the communication with Interhome. As I was saying the apartment was amazing, 10 stars for the apartment, but 1 star for the communication with Interhome! I made the reservation and I paid for 4 adults and 1 kid under 3 years. I received the confirmation from Interhome that everything is ok, no extra cost is needed. Within a few days before our trip, we start to receive messages from Interhome that we need to pay extra for bed linens, towels, CO2, and extra money for our kid, otherwise they cannot accept us there. We made escalation to Booking.com, and spent 3 days with Interhome showing them the confirmation from their side that we paid evething and there is no extra cost, until we solved this situation. After we arrived there in the next day, we start receiving again from Interhome messages that we need to pay 150 euro for the kid. In the end we show them the confirmation again from their side that we don’t need to pay extra and ask them to check internally before they send messages. From my point of view, they have bad communication internally and they just sending messages to the people before they check what was paid.
