Rent a 7-bedroom modern villa in Pula for your next vacation in Croatia! This brand new villa resides in the city of Pula, in a great location close to the sea and most important sights of Istria. It hosts private groups of friends or families of up to 14 people at once.
This large villa resides on a private fenced estate of 700m2 in size. The residential area extends over 3 floors and occupies 470m2. There are 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each of them has super king-size beds, 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length.
On the ground floor, you will find a huge living area and one of the bedrooms.
The ample living zone consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a large dining table with 14 seats, and a living area with comfortable sofa seating. Modern design and neutral colors create a relaxing ambiance.
On the middle floor, you will find 4 bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms on this floor, a super king-size bed can be separated into two single beds.
The top floor of the villa features 2 large bedrooms with exquisite panoramic views of the sea and the city.
The very special part of this Istrian holiday villa is a beautifully designed outdoor space with a large swimming pool in the center. The pool is 13 meters long and 4 meters wide. Moreover, it has hydro-massage jets. It is perfect for refreshment and extra relaxation on hot summer days. On-site you can request heating of the pool (the surcharge is 350EUR per week for the pool heating).
